I was extremely dissatisfied with this service experience. First, I was given a price to replace struts that did not include the strut mounts. Then, I was quoted one price for the strut mounts later during the day, and then quoted another price that was $200 higher the following day. The final price was over $500 more than the original price given to me. If the original price was an estimate, then I would not be as dissatisfied, but the original quote was given as the final price of the repair. I had several issues with this experience. For a certified dealership to even try to replace worn out struts without replacing strut mounts is bad practice from the start. Then to have two different prices given to me after my truck had been there for two days is also bad practice. Between this experience and the another previous service experience at this dealership, I must say that this will be the last time I will be bringing any vehicle to this dealership.
