    We enjoy the buying experience that we receive from Crossroads I sales person Susan was very polite she was very determined and getting us in the vehicle we desire we would definitely return to Crossroads for a purchase of the next vehicle.

    I purchased my 2016 ford fusion in November of 2015. Crossroads ford is the best place to buy my parents also purchased from Crossroads. Crossroads ford has the best customer service in town thank you for your hospitality.

    Never attempted to buy a car over the internet. There were no mustang gt premiums in my area that had what I wanted. I found what I wanted at crossroads ford and requested an internet price. Spoke to Happy Harry Turner and the price was very good. Told him I wanted to think about it. I also wanted to think about the 14 hour 325 mile round trip and whether I could compromise with a less desirable car locally. Called Harry a few days later asked about the procedure requirements, and told him I could arrive at the train station in 3 days and taxi over to the dealership. He offered to have the cars salesman pick me up at the station. I called the day before arriving and made sure car still available. Phil Rice, the cars salesman, met me at Ettrick station and over we went. Phil took me through the transaction, paperwork, test drive, and presentation of the car, he knew the product well and told me a few things I didn't know about operating the car. When I asked a question he couldn't answer, he came back at me 5 minutes later with the answer. Due to prior new car buying experiences, I went into this skeptical and expecting nonsense, delays, and ready to walk. The deal went as Harry and I discussed and in two and a half hours I was driving away. I made this purchase 3 weeks ago and the car has been perfect. As I paid cash and wanted title Harry explained the title would arrive in my mailbox in 1 week and in exactly 1 week it was there. Thanks Harry and Phil for a pleasant day and the coffee was good too.

    Service took longer than anticipated. Service was estimated to take 45 minutes but took about twice the amount of time. However, I am happy with the service.

    The work completed was very good. A visor for my 2015 F150 has been ordered for some time. It was supposed to be in 2 weeks ago on Thursday. I have called my service writer, Mr. Booker, and he will not return my call when I leave a message. I am unable to use the garage door opener unless I pull up almost against the door and that is the reason the visor was ordered in the first place. I think I need a service writer who will return my calls.

    I had decided what I needed but lacked details such as options, price, packages, rebates, discounts and interest rates. I had reviewed the basics online. On a rainy morning expecting a slow day for me, I visited my local Ford dealer. In 1997 I purchased my first and only Ford product a F150 XL. I still own the pickup. Since then I favored imports but was impressed with the new Transit Wagon the reason for my visit. I had test drove a 2016 Transit Wagon at this dealership in February but did not review or consider the options at the time because of my upcoming surgery and limited time on that visit. It would be on my second visit that rainy day I was willing to seriously consider a purchase. I quickly reviewed a booklet at the dealership and the sales person was very helpful showing me their inventory and selections on site. Neither the sales person or I was in a rush and spent time in length reviewing the possibilities. In short, exactly what I liked was available in the area, so the commitment to purchase that vehicle was made and delivered the day. The experience from start to finish seemed smooth, relaxed, and, enjoyable to be honest.

    The type of vehicle I had purchased was a 2016 Ford Fusion. I absolutely am in love with it. Mr.elliot was VERY awesome. I was nervous about buying my very first car by myself and he helped me through everything. I honestly wouldn't have wanted it any other way. It was an honor to be able to have him help me. The staff were very friendly and super nice. It's a great place to go too.
