I thought the first time was a fluke, but it seems to be standard practice to impress every customer with super… care and attention as well as the best deals available anywhere. Jeff Malone and Alex Hargrow are top notch, honest, great people. They are the finest people I have met in the car sales business. My credit was far from perfect, I had little to no money down, and I owned a lot of my versa. I came here expecting to be treated like other car… dealers had treated me once I told them about my situation but boy was I wrong!! I was treated with exceptional customer service by Bernard Branch and the crew at Nissan of Norfolk and before I knew it I had been approved for a brand new 2016 Nissan Sentra SV! I was so happy I started to cry because I never expected to be blessed with this beautiful car, especially since I had been turned down by so many other dealers in the area. I was able to trade in my versa for a good deal and get financed with Nissan Corp with great rates! Thank you to the people of Nissan of Norfolk for making my wish come true! Everybody go to Nissan of Norfolk and at least try like I did if you're skeptical, I'm sure you will be pleased!
