I went here just to look at cars and hoping to trade in my 2011 Versa in the near future. My credit was far from perfect, I had little to no money down, and I owned a lot of my versa. I came here expecting to be treated like other car dealers had treated me once I told them about my situation but boy was I wrong!! I was treated with exceptional customer service by Bernard Branch and the crew at Nissan of Norfolk and before I knew it I had been approved for a brand new 2016 Nissan Sentra SV! I was so happy I started to cry because I never expected to be blessed with this beautiful car, especially since I had been turned down by so many other dealers in the area. I was able to trade in my versa for a good deal and get financed with Nissan Corp with great rates! Thank you to the people of Nissan of Norfolk for making my wish come true!
