  • Appraisal waste of time

    I received an online appraisal from Kelley Blue Book which resulted in Midlothian BMW contacting me 10 or more times asking me to bring my car in. I hesitantly brought it in and they proceeded to offer me $6000 less than the Kelley blue book online offer. Very poor way to conduct business and treat people.

    This is my first BMW ownership after 20 yrs of driving Lexus! I went in to window shop and walked out trading in my Lexus for an X5 in less than 2hrs! Sales person Chris Munday & GM James Williams made my decision very easy without much haggling and hope to stay in the BMW family for years to come!

    I am a repeat customer and my second buying experience was just as great, if not better than the first buying experience. The cars are amazing, engineered vehicles, but the customer service is what keeps me in a BMW.

    The Midlothian location of Richmond BMW has always provided a relaxed, informative buying environment. Their no- pressure attitude and up-front pricing takes all the stress out of my decision. They have the lowest prices I've ever found -- of course, no BMWs are cheap, but at least at Midlothian you feel like you're getting value for your money. I've had 3 transactions with them so far and will be back in a few years for my next car!

  • My First BMW

    Ever since I can remeber, I wanted to have a BMW. I contacted Steve via e-mail about two weeks before. I told him on the e-mail, what I wanted and how much I could affort as a monthly payment. Belive it or not, Steve and the wonderful people of Richmond BMW of Midlothian came back to me with the right numbers, even on a brand new 2009 328i. Thanks to them, my life long dream came thru. Thank you very much guys.

    I have owned several BMW's 3 of them I have purchased at this location. The service is phenomenal! I bought my last 2 from Troy Charles and he is quite the character. They try hard to have fun through the process, and I never felt like they were all about the money. Highly recommended.

    I spent around 6 months looking at cars with this dealer off and on and was quoted a number of prices for a number of different cars. Each time the quotes were competitive in the end. Just do your research on invoice prices and stand your ground. Sales associates will initially try to get you to pay full price but will work with you thereafter. Managers want to sell you a car and are much easier to work with on price. One manager, Bob Nance, is extremely customer service oriented and will do his best to meet your pricing needs (as long as you are within reason as well). He seems to value the buyer seller relationship and understand its long term value (which is a pleasant departure from many dealers). After about 2 weeks of looking seriously with the decision in mind that I was going to buy I made the decision to buy from Midlothian BMW and it was also the best quote I had. Don't be afraid to walk away from the deal if you don't get what you want the first day. Be patient. They will offer a good quote in the end.

    I just purchase my second Z4 from BMW. Know the car you want, do your homework and you will receive a fair, honest and competative price. I went in with a price in mind and they came within $500. The process took some time, we went back and forth 3 times, but in the end we came to a price we both agreed opon. If you have a trade-in they will offer you a great value. I received more for my first trade-in 3 years ago and they matched what I had expected this time around. The best part about this dealership is their service. You will not be disapointed!

    Don't waste your time. They have the worst customer care. Only care about a hard sell. No follow-up or help at all.

    I bought a new 2012 328i Sedan in February 2012 for my wife. We liked it so much that when I needed to replace my vehicle we returned to Midlothian to purchase a new 2014 X3 28i for me even though we have move 200 miles away. Both expereances have been very rewarding. These are great automobiles and the salesmen know these vehicles so well and want to spend the time you need to make the right choice for you.

    Ty, Roshon & Bob made a great team at Richmond BMW Midlothian. Good price, great warranty and extended warranty. The experience was wonderful and my wife now has a great looking convertible. Sales, Parts & Service from the beginning have been great and we look forward to many great years with the 328i. BMW has met our expectations from the beginning and hopefully so in the future. We look forward to the Ultimate Driving Experience.

    I purchased a new car from Richmond BMW of Midlothian and the overall experience was exceptional. The staff were all very professional, no pressure, and made the purchasing decision a very easy non-stressful one. Joshua was my salesman; he took the time to answer all my questions and did not rush me to make a decision, he was very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicles. I also dealt with other staff from the manager to the finance department - all very professional quality people. If you are considering purchasing a BMW, I highly recommend you go to the Richmond BMW of Midlothian before any other dealership. They will treat you right with a no haggle price.

    Josh B., our assigned salesman at this BMW dealership, made our buying experience of a new 2012 528xi an absolutely delightful one which we will never forget. Josh clearly knew every feature and detail of this car inside and out and he patiently answered all our questions to our complete satisfaction. Accompanied by Josh, we took a test drive in the 528xi model we had chosen for ourselves and this convinced us that this was absolutely the right car for our needs. There was a slight delay while my wife took time to decide on the exterior and interior color combinations she wanted but after that the paperwork process went quickly and efficiently and we were finally on our way home with our fabulous dream machine. I should also mention that Josh gave us a tour of the dealership's ultra -modern service facility which really impressed us.
