by Tony D on 09/17/2022When you own a Benz there's a certain expectation you want to have on your vehicle as a reliable transport and on yourself as a discerning car owner with good taste and, ahem bragging rights (ahem... I am looking at my friends with Audi and… BMW). I always have a great service and courtesy from all the staff and most of the time the waiting is just over 1 hr for an annual oil change and State inspection. That is another plus to this Midlothian location.Always Ready to do their Best!!!

I called the dealership several times to make my service appointment, to double check that I had a loaner, etc. Every time I called, I got a very… polite and understanding associate who made sure they got everything right and would ask if there was anything else they could do. My hat's off to Ron W. who clearly walks the talk.excellent work

My only complaint was the loaner was having issues I could not resolve, but it was just for a couple of miles to my work and return, so not a big problem .
