    They performed a 20,000 miles service, and did it quickly and efficiently. My only complaint was the loaner was having issues I could not resolve, but it was just for a couple of miles to my work and return, so not a big problem . This car is fantastic and the service team is on the ball. 2020 S 560V

    Chris Moss is professional and patient. I purchased a car for my mom who is 78 and he was the epitome of professionalism working with her through the challenges of understanding how to use the electronics devices on the car.

    Mr Mansfield was very helpful got me in without an appointment and took care of my issue even though I was last minute. I was very very pleased with his patience and care for my concern. Great experience overall, all 10s not just fives

    Symptoms: not wanting to shift from 2nd gear. Had to cut off the car and wait a minute, restart and go. Speed sensor replaced, transmission service completed. Check engine light reset. Drives perfect

    How many good things can I say about this group.....here I go! I am not only a HUGE car-guy, but I have been in the automotive business for over 20 years. Unfortunately, to love cars so much but HATE the process of buying one is normally part of the deal. NOT THIS TIME! I can honestly say my first time buying a vehicle from Mercedes Benz of Midlothian will not be my last....even with the 2+ hour drive each way. I found the car online on a snowy Saturday. So snowy that everything was shut down. I tried calling but nobody answered...no surprise, the weather was terrible! I emailed the company and was super surprised that I got a reply within minutes. Long story short, within an hour of that email, the General Sales Manager, Ryan Pulley, called me. On his DAY OFF....home with his kids. If you know anything about car sales, a Saturday off is VERY rare. The fact that Ryan took the time to personally call me was astounding. He was polite, concise and understood my needs. To say he was accommodating would be a gross understatement. He actually went to the dealership that next day, Sunday, when they are closed, through the snow to go look at the car to answer some of my very specific questions. Who does that?!?!?!? Ryan did. Took the two hour trip the very next day. Told Ryan that we would have our five year old with us and that we needed to make the transaction go as quickly and smoothly as possible. Mind you, the last car purchase we made we told another dealer the same thing....took 4 hours! Total time from greeting to driving away was a tick UNDER ONE HOUR!!!! Ryan teamed me up with Chris Moss....an exceptional Sales Rep who is also clearly a car guy. Knows his stuff, doesn't push and was a great guy to talk to. Finance Manager Will Turner was also great. No pressure, answered questions and made the back end go smooth as glass. Even got to meet the General Manager, Ron West, who clearly knows the value of a great team. If I haven't made it clear, this was THE BEST car buying experience I've had in 20+ car purchases in almost 30 years of buying cars(Told you I was a car guy!). I can not recommend this group enough. If they treat you half as good as they treated me, you'll feel like a king or queen! I know I did. Thank you so very much to the entire MB of Midlothian team....I LOVE the car!

    Brought in R350 with multiple issues. Received great advice on what was worth fixing and what could be postponed. Clear communication on pricing and time to complete repairs. All repairs done perfectly and quickly!

    Great all around service! Each time I visit the staff is well prepared and organized for my arrival leaving me with a loaner car while my car is being serviced. They send me text messages with updates on my car with quick responses if I have any questions. I was able to make payments easily through a link that was texted to me to make pick-up fast and easy. Each time I go I am impressed with their quality of service and can't see myself going anywhere else in the future. Brian is easy to work with and makes each experience a smooth transaction. I would highly recommend this dealership!

Why do I always return to them? Well they offer impeccable service.. I'm definitely a client for life!
