by Campbell on 11/05/2018I was very disappointed to learn the my ‘Pence for Life’ free oil changes were taken away when I called to make my service appointment. I have ONLY had my car serviced at the dealership in the past, but unfortunately that won’t be the case… going forward. This means that other maintenance was always done by the dealership, new tires were purchased at the dealership, inspections were done at dealership, etc. but going forward, I will be ‘shopping around’ to get a better deal instead of sticking with you guys ‘for life’.Car Service
by Gotnails? on 10/30/2018Great service! While traveling, I ended up with a nail in the tire. I stopped by a dealership near me at the time and was told the tire could not be plugged and I needed 4 new tires (one due to the nail and the other 3 due to the vehicle… having all wheel drive). I said thanks but no thanks and went to Hyman Bros when I returned home. There, they said they could plug the tire (saved me $$). They also changed the oil and performed the 45K mile check up. They completed the work well before I expected them to. The staff is always helpful and professional.Great service

by #2subaru on 09/01/2018Warranty work was done. I was asked if it would be ok to wash the car. Said yes. Picked up car when told ready to go. Halfway home, about 10 miles. Stopped for light, noticed car had not been washed. Had to wash it myself at home. Not… good!Happy Customer

by DavidCB on 07/28/2018updated 08/08/2018I had a great experience with the shop. Greeted when I arrived, people very professional. The inspection was completed quickly and it was complimentary. The one issue I had was whoever parked my car in the lot afterwards didn't engage the… parking brake, just left it in gear (standard transmission). It was drizzling and I had my briefcase and a coffee so when I got in the car I was distracted. Took the car out of gear, didn't realize it was rolling back and hit a concrete lamppost in the lot which scratched the bumper pretty badly.
