Disappointed my Pence for Life was taken away

I was very disappointed to learn the my ‘Pence for Life’ free oil changes were taken away when I called to make my service appointment. I have ONLY had my car serviced at the dealership in the past, but unfortunately that won’t be the case going forward. This means that other maintenance was always done by the dealership, new tires were purchased at the dealership, inspections were done at dealership, etc. but going forward, I will be ‘shopping around’ to get a better deal instead of sticking with you guys ‘for life’.
