Hyman Bros Subaru

I purchased a new Subaru Crosstrek to surprise my wife with and the guys at Hyman Bros. helped me get what I was looking for. I started by looking online and when I found the car that I THOUGHT I wanted I filled out the online form and was later contacted by Mike Buckley. Mike and I talked and I decided I wanted to look at a new car instead of the pre-owned one that I originally looked at. We setup some time for me to come in and everything was good to go from then on. The dealership was clean and organized and I was taken care of but not overly harassed either. If I had to find something to make a recommendation on it would be that a larger sign to see from the road would be nice. I missed the dealership the first time and then had to go up and make a U-turn which was an experience in itself. All of the other dealerships, including other Hyman Bros, are easy to see in advance. Mike Buckley and Jose Rivera both made sure that I was familiar with my options for the car and the the add-ons (warranty, cleaning, etc) but were not overdoing anything and making it feel like you're forced into anything. I actually passed on the extended warranty and there was no push back what so ever like I have had from other dealers. Overall a job well done by the guys at Hyman Bros. Subaru. We will definitely be back in a few years when we are ready to replace another vehicle or upgrade. Thanks.
