    over booked or short handed. My car was not taken inside for service until an hour past appointment. This is not typical. Work completed promptly once car was in service area.

    Very good experience! The only negative (albeit a small one) would be the length of time it took to explain all of the technology. Too long! Not sure how this could be delivered differently. Technology was the reason I purchased an Outback.

    Visiting in Richmond and realized Outback was due for service. Took me in early for my appointment, made the extra effort to determine that visit was covered under maintenance agreement, and had me out in an hour! Great experience and highly recommend this dealer!

    On Friday, July 22nd I went to Hyman Brothers Subaru after looking at their website. For many years my wife and me have been customers of another Subaru dealership but when we look at the website for Hyman Brothers we noticed their good selection as well as prices on identical models and trim lines reflecting $1,000 to $2,000 less than the dealership we have patronized for our last three Subarus. On my arrival I was greeted by Daniel and within a couple of hours I was out the door with my new 2018 Subaru CrossTrek. Hyman Brothers gave me more for my Outback than the Subaru guaranteed trade-in value. The cost of the CrossTrek was below MSRP. Prior to leaving Daniel showed me all of the features of my new CrossTrek, paired my phone to the system and even removed a reinstalled my roof basket from my trade-in to the CrossTrek. Since my wife works down the street from Hyman Brothers I went by to show her the new vehicle. She liked it so much she left work and traded her 2015 CrossTrek for a new 2018. We now are the proud and happy owners of two 2018 Subaru CrossTreks, one orange and the other silver! My wife also received a fair deal on her trade in and the purchase price of the new vehicle. We are very pleased with Hyman Brothers and look forward to providing them our continued business. If you are in the market for a Subaru take the time to visit Hyman Brothers. We have three other Subaru dealers closer to us but we are willing to travel for the selection, price and sales experience provided by Hyman Brothers.

    Purchased a 2014 Outback with this dealer and because of great service dept. had made an appointment to test drive the Crosstrek. Had driven a 2017 loaner and loved the vehicle. Ron Spector remembered us from the Outback purchase and stated that we could get a new Crosstrek better price than the Forrester. Test drove and really like it!

    My first time owning a Subaru and I love this car. I’ve had nothing but standard service needed. Hyman’s service department is great, I’ve worked with service managers there and they’ve all been professional and pleasant. No pressure to buy any additional service, just what I signed up for. I like that, other dealerships seem to always find something. All around great dealership.

    This is my third purchase with Dave Fayman and Ron Spector (formerly Pence now Hyman Brothers). These guys are great to work with and make the car buying process straightforward and enjoyable. They know their product and can speak to the car's great features. And, of course Subaru, is awesome as a brand...reliable, holds its value and is a fun ride.

    My engine failed while under warranty. Subaru replaced the engine in less than a week and gave me a loaner car in the meantime. Everyone was great and my car runs better than ever
