When I arrived, they matched my trade offer from CarMax and also matched the terms I had for… financing from an outside lender. The one issue I had was whoever parked my car in the lot afterwards didn't engage the… parking brake, just left it in gear (standard transmission). It was drizzling and I had my briefcase and a coffee so when I got in the car I was distracted. Took the car out of gear, didn't realize it was rolling back and hit a concrete lamppost in the lot which scratched the bumper pretty badly.Efficient service
