Been a customer at Mechanicsvillle Toyota for Several Years. The Toyota Team continues to assert their professionalism, knowledge of vehicles and products. Scheduling for discussions for a New Vehicle or for Maintenance has been most Satisfactory.

    Rob Cannon does a great job. I really enjoy working with him. Waiting room is average at best, offering only free coffee - which is not great tasting.

    The whole process from the moment we walked in the door and met Chris Dvorak was an efficient and comfortable exchange. He listened to and followed through on our wishes. Chris could not find us the exact 2017 Highlander we wanted so we waited for our special order. It arrived just what we had hoped for! Scott Moss sent us out the door very happy new owners.

    Service staff are courteous, timely. Everyone even coming in for coffee in the waiting room was friendly. Wait time was fairly short, considering all the cars in that day. Always have a little time to look in parts area and the showroom.
