Been a customer at Mechanicsvillle Toyota for Several Years. The Toyota Team continues to assert their professionalism, knowledge of vehicles and products. Scheduling for discussions for a New Vehicle or for Maintenance has been most Satisfactory.

    Easy to leave the car right by the service associate's desk. Waiting area was comfortable, didn't have any problem connecting the wifi to continue with my work while waiting.

    Wes Doub and even the sales manager checked on us throughout our day at Mechanicsville Toyota. Since my car had just blown its engine the day before, I was stranded and a little rattled from the experience. Wes was wonderful, showed me all the cars and trucks I wanted to see, but also let me have the right amount of "alone" time to process what I needed in a car. I drove 90 miles from Lake Gaston to buy a car from him and this dealership because of this experience. Thank you Wes!

    Sarah is very friendly and no me by name she answer all my questions and expanded everything to me about what my car needs the trust I have for her and the work's is what keeps me coming back

    My car wouldn't start so we had it towed to Mech Toyota late one afternoon. The staff were prompt and courteous. And said it would be worked on the next day. They kept us updated on the status and diagnosis. The battery was dead. They replaced the battery and I had my car back the following evening. Excellent turnaround time.

    Always excellent service and great customer experience! I had a problem with my power steering, which was actually two separate issues. They helped me sequence the work to better meet my budget. The service crew at Mechanicsville Toyota are top notch, and I'll keep coming back to this team for sure!
