Since my car had just blown its engine the day before, I was stranded and a little rattled from the experience. Wes was wonderful, showed me… all the cars and trucks I wanted to see, but also let me have the right amount of "alone" time to process what I needed in a car. And said it would be worked on the next day. They kept us updated on the status and diagnosis. The battery was dead. They… replaced the battery and I had my car back the following evening.
