Been a customer at Mechanicsvillle Toyota for Several Years. The Toyota Team continues to assert their professionalism, knowledge of vehicles and products. Scheduling for discussions for a New Vehicle or for Maintenance has been most Satisfactory.

    Zak Lewis was a pleasure to work with. Even though the process of buying a new car took longer than expected I could tell that he was doing everything in his power to expedite the process. I drove approximately 2 hours and 45 minutes to Mechanicsville Toyota because they were able to get the car I wanted, in the color I wanted for the best price.

    I was brought in w an email from capital one and contacted by Phil. I came by after speaking with him on the phone. Upon my arrival I was greeted by Chris and he took great care of me. Phil was assisting another customer and when I told chris I had two hours exactly he helped me immediately. He was great and made me feel really comfortable, not to mention incredibly accommodating to my work schedule. I know Phil is who got me in the door, but Chris made me feel secure w my decision in Mechanicsville Toyota and the choice pretty easy when Phil came w the numbers! I'll be happy to return to have my car serviced as Phil did give me a great package! Had a great experience.

    Mike Elliott, the sales person was extremely knowledgeable on all the options available for the Rav 4 Hybrid. He was patient and worked with me to find a Rav that had my must have options. Giving me time to make an informed car choice. I also liked the Costco program with the no hassle pricing. Between the sales person and the Costco program, I had an enjoyable car buying experience.

    Service was quick and reasonably priced. Had to get a specific part of my electrical system that is not typically serviced. They were knowledgeable in assisting in ordering the part and getting the service done in a reasonable time.

    Everyone was quite friendly. They seemed to want to make me happy. At other dealerships, I felt like they were not interested in my business. Here, I could see that every customer was getting the attention they needed. Even when they were busy and I had to wait, someone was constantly checking on me.

    My sales person was Marvin and he was wonderful! My dad and I were driving through the other side just browsing as we were already worn out from visiting 3 other places. Marvin was actually headed home, but took the time to stop and chat with use anyway. He actually stayed 2 hour later with us! After hearing what I was looking for, he knew exactly what to show me first and that vehicle is what I had purchased. He understood my credit situation being young and was able to work us a great price. I am definitely coming back for any future purchases just to see him.
