by Josephine on 04/06/2019What I liked about my experience was my Service Advisor, Todd Hardy and the mechanics. As usual, Todd was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. When I see him, I know that I will receive excellent service. I have been getting my car… serviced at Mechanicsville Toyota since I purchase it in 2005 (it is a 2006), primarily because of Todd at the front end and the mechanics. After all these years and the age of my car, I am still receiving top notch service. In addition, the mechanics do a superb job of giving me heads up of potential needed repairs.We appreciate your marvelous feedback, Josephine.
