Everyone working there was polite and smiles and said hello. There was a cooler of ice water for… customers because it was so hot outside. Customer service was professional and not pushy! Phil helped speed the process along when another rep wasn’t available. These guys were personable and fun to be with. Not your "typical" car salesman!
by Kathy on 07/15/2019Zak Lewis greeted us almost immediately upon our entrance into the showroom. We told him what we were looking for and he didn't try to deter us from our mission. He chatted pleasantly with us as we were working through the details of the… sale. He offered us water and coffee several times throughout the time we were at the dealership. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the car we purchased as well as many other cars we chatted about. He gave us his business card and told us confidently "I come with the car" and offered many times for us to call him if we had any problems with the vehicle at all. He was efficient while processing my trade-in. We were in and out very quickly considering there were several deals being done and only one finance guy in the house. I will recommend Zak to anyone looking to buy a Toyota in the Mechanicsville / Richmond metro area.
