Tires were worn out had screws and tires and the vehicle would not even start and I called a day ahead of time. Sales person… would not even go outside with us to the vehicle Very poor place would never go again I hope nobody else would ever shop thereWorst!

Later SHAH helped me at the DMV when I forgot some paperwork, he was able to fax… things quickly so I didn't need to go back! Yeah! Love the car.Our Experience
by Hall on 01/11/2020We live 6 hours away and called Kargar inquiring about a camaro for sale. Staff seemed very polite, helpful but also very persistent. Unsure if the travel time would be worth it but after a few days of constant back and forth calls we made… the trip. The camaro is a beautiful car and one that I’ve wanted for some time. Soon the excitement went away after realizing the hvac system was messed up and there was no audio at all coming from sound system. After all said and done we still went through with the purchase as we were told get a estimate to fix what was needed and they would cover cost. Well today is exactly 30 days from purchase and I still have no heat or ac and no stereo system. After numerous emails and calls I’ve had zero response. If this situation is resolved I will update my review. Otherwise our overall experience was pleasant. It just makes a new car not so fun when you have stress and hassle from the start.Awesome service

I came an test drove ome vehie and he was honest about another recommendation. I test drove that and found exactly what i wanted. The… transaction was smooth and efficient. Mike met me as I arrived and handed me the keys. They were a pleasure to deal with!… Bought the car and was on my way all within an hour. by Dennis on 10/23/2017I called Kargar Motors to make an appointment to see a car. I was told the car was in the shop so I called back almost everyday for a WHOLE MONTH to follow up on the car. I was told that it was at the dealership, the shop, and that the… owner of Kargar Motors was driving the vehicle around for pleasure. I still patiently waited and after ONE WHOLE MONTH I was told the owner decided he doesn't want to sell it anymore. I tried to talk with Mike the manager but every time I called he's "always with a customer" and haven't received a call back for a WHOLE MONTH. They have the worst SERVICE possible and horrible communication skills. I highly recommend no one ever go to this dealership.love my car

The general manager is dishonest and very disrespectful. This business should be shutdown by BBB.… Don't waste your time.Worst dealership for active Military
by tunggt2016 on 12/24/2016Worst experience I've ever had with a car dealership ever. They (Julian and Duane) will do what they have to do sell you the car then not help you after it sold. I was stuck with a $3000 work order less than 2 weeks after buying the car.… Treat active duty military like crap. Will not recommend this place to anyone.
