Kargar Motors

We live 6 hours away and called Kargar inquiring about a camaro for sale. Staff seemed very polite, helpful but also very persistent. Unsure if the travel time would be worth it but after a few days of constant back and forth calls we made the trip. The camaro is a beautiful car and one that I’ve wanted for some time. Soon the excitement went away after realizing the hvac system was messed up and there was no audio at all coming from sound system. After all said and done we still went through with the purchase as we were told get a estimate to fix what was needed and they would cover cost. Well today is exactly 30 days from purchase and I still have no heat or ac and no stereo system. After numerous emails and calls I’ve had zero response. If this situation is resolved I will update my review. Otherwise our overall experience was pleasant. It just makes a new car not so fun when you have stress and hassle from the start.
