First Mini Cooper! Excellent experience!

Father and son team work together and help you make the best decision possible for you. They are very patient and that’s a huge plus when visiting a… dealer. They sell all kinds of vehicles -but also specialize in Mini Coopers if you’re looking for that. I would highly recommend them! A great experience !ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE - must read!

I was not serious about buying a car, have a reliable VW and to trade a good running used car for a unknown used vehicle, well, you never know what your getting. Here, Hamid was… not pushy, let me look over all the cars, drive several and had so much knowledge on the product. I am going to knock your socks off here, so sit down. This is a quality used car dealership that is HONEST, stands by their word and provides excellent choice of vehicles for every need. I purchased a used BMW X3 and at the time of purchase, we discovered a few issues with the car that at first glance was suspected to be not that large of an issue. I had a problem with the radio and the AC was not cold. Hamid said no problem, he would fix the AC and the radio. I chose to upgrade the radio myself, but the AC was thought to be low Freon, then a bad hose but turned out to be an evaporator. This is a time sink and expensive repair that CARPLEX addressed. The dealers word and promise to delivery to the customer was more important that profit margin. I cannot speak to costs, but CARPLEX went above and beyond, fixing the AC, oil leak under the 90 day warranty that comes with all the cars * Power Train Warranty, 90 days or 3k miles. You show me another honest broker in the used dealership business that puts customer first. You want find a better. This place has a full 2 showroom floors, full functioning garage, and Hamid. The Volkswagen suv had just passed state inspection and I knew the front tires would need to be replaced soon. My wife asked Hamid if he would let… his son drive it 3.5 hours away, to which he replied absolutely. Not only did Hamid have the vehicle detailed for my son, he had four new tires put on it. Needless to say we were extremely thankful, I told him that you might forget us but we will never forget you or your company. They have my support for our next vehicle and we are recommending them to all of our friends that are in the market for a reasonable priced and dependable vehicle.
