This is a MUST READ review both SALES and SERVICE review. I was not serious about buying a car, have a reliable VW and to trade a good running used car for a unknown used vehicle, well, you never know what your getting. Here, Hamid was not pushy, let me look over all the cars, drive several and had so much knowledge on the product. I am going to knock your socks off here, so sit down. This is a quality used car dealership that is HONEST, stands by their word and provides excellent choice of vehicles for every need. I purchased a used BMW X3 and at the time of purchase, we discovered a few issues with the car that at first glance was suspected to be not that large of an issue. I had a problem with the radio and the AC was not cold. Hamid said no problem, he would fix the AC and the radio. I chose to upgrade the radio myself, but the AC was thought to be low Freon, then a bad hose but turned out to be an evaporator. This is a time sink and expensive repair that CARPLEX addressed. The dealers word and promise to delivery to the customer was more important that profit margin. I cannot speak to costs, but CARPLEX went above and beyond, fixing the AC, oil leak under the 90 day warranty that comes with all the cars * Power Train Warranty, 90 days or 3k miles. You show me another honest broker in the used dealership business that puts customer first. You want find a better. This place has a full 2 showroom floors, full functioning garage, and Hamid.
