by Ed on 07/10/2023Be aware, of others fees besides the vehicles listing price. I was interested on a vehicle and the listing price it was 20500 after I came to the dealer the price went up 6000 all in hide fees.Deceptive advertising. Beware
by Legal zoom on 02/13/2022Federal law prohibits Deceptive or False advertising. This dealership immediately says you must participate in our dealer financing, otherwise the price is $1000 more than the online price. They begin asking you to fill out credit… applications right off the bat. Be careful of this crooked dealership!YAY Zack!!

VINS DC owners Zack and Jimmy were extremely helpful and fair in providing a reasonable price for trade-in vehicle and negotiated in good faith in delivering a really good used car. I have not put a lot of miles… on the car yet but I could not any happier with this business transaction.The whole team was warm friendly; they valued me as a customer!

The whole team was warm and friendly; they made me feel that they valued me as customer. I… was not offered a “lowball” trade-in price, and I left feeling that I made an excellent deal. I appreciated the manager’s, Mr. Owens, honesty. I experience this first hand when I wanted to purchase a vehicle he promised to hold for another customer. He would not go back on his word although I was prepared to make the purchase that day. He called me back the next day after the other person decided he was no longer interested. When I finalized my purchase, Mr. Owens made sure to explain all the costs upfront and worked with me to ensure that I was satisfied with my purchase. A few days later we found a small electrical problem and he covered the repairs as well as two additional MD State inspections requirements ensuring we could register the vehicle. Based on my experience I highly recommend VINS
