I have never considered car buying a “pleasant” experience but I can honestly say that working with VINS Manassas was the easiest it has ever been. The whole team was warm and friendly; they made me feel that they valued me as customer. I was not offered a “lowball” trade-in price, and I left feeling that I made an excellent deal. I appreciated the manager’s, Mr. Owens, honesty. I experience this first hand when I wanted to purchase a vehicle he promised to hold for another customer. He would not go back on his word although I was prepared to make the purchase that day. He called me back the next day after the other person decided he was no longer interested. When I finalized my purchase, Mr. Owens made sure to explain all the costs upfront and worked with me to ensure that I was satisfied with my purchase. A few days later we found a small electrical problem and he covered the repairs as well as two additional MD State inspections requirements ensuring we could register the vehicle. Based on my experience I highly recommend VINS
