    My 2019 Chevy Silverado broke down on me got it to the dealership and they were about to get back with me the same day I dropped it off and was fixed in a matter of days!! Great customer service and great employees!!

    Once again Phil Stallings did a great job getting me in (Electrical Issue) and received the vehicle back once again in a timely fashion and 100% corrected. I have been coming to Phil now since 2007, he is the best.

    My Wife & I do not like buying cars from Dealers, we have always purchased from personal owners. This time we started "Online" and found what we were looking for at First Team Hampton Chevrolet. we had set an appointment up on Saturday morning, from the moment we pulled into the lot, we knew we had finally come to the right place. This was only the second vehicle we took for a test drive, we had been at another dealership earlier in the week, we did not buy. We were to ask for Daniel, the receptionist greeted us with a great big smile and welcomed us in, we told her we had an appointment, she requested Daniel and he was there within minutes! Then Daniel introduced us to Bryan, he was new to the team, and nervous, but he showed great poise and took us to the vehicle we had seen "online", we test drove the vehicle. when we came back we made an offer, Bryan with no pressure presented the proposal for the purchase of the vehicle, we did decline at that time, we had another vehicle at another dealership in Newport News later in the day, we went to that appointment, however, the vehicle we were supposed to see had been moved to another lot, they offered to go get it, we said just show us something else, they did not have anything we liked, the atmosphere there was not to our liking either. we came back to First Team Hampton Chevrolet, Daniel greeted us, I asked what could he do to get us into this vehicle, we were introduced to Andrew, another new team member, he was great to work with, they were able to get us into the vehicle.."Hassle Free!", Everyone was great, from Abe the Business Manager to Wib Davenport, who made you feel right at home, he even lent us his car so we could drive across the street to go eat lunch while service installed our trailer hitch..First Team Hampton Chevrolet truly Puts The Customer First! We have recommended Family, Business Workers and Friends to purchase their next vehicles from here! I recommend you do too!

    From the moment I walked through that door, everyone was very polite and courteous with all the customers. Everything was done fast! Great customer service, specially the lady in the lounge (forgive me for not knowing her name). She was extremely helpful and never been anywhere else where someone wanted to do so much for the clients!

    I just wanted to be sure the I commented on the awesome customer service I recieved from Eric Tansmore. He was very knowledgeable in the vehicle that I purchased, and went out of his way to ensure my needs were met. This by far was the best car buying process, and every chance i get will recommend Hampton Chevrolet for anyone who is looking to purchace a vehicle. Thank you very much Eric!

    It was a great experience it was a little inconvience not to have a loaner car for a few days but other than that it always is a great experience they are good at making sure I get in when needed and taking care of my car needs

    No matter how busy, Jim Goslee is always professional and pleasant. I've probably stuck with Hampton Chevrolet and the Service Department because he makes the experience of service and repairs a little easier to bear.

    I was experiening problems with my Speedometer not working continually. White Team didn't see it when it wasn't working. So I picked the car up without knowing why my Speedometer stoped working.

    I thought it was a good experience from the moment I walked on the lot. Joshua Miles greeted me and my family in a very kind and professional manner and he maintained that professionalism through the course of my purchase. I would gladly buy from Hampton Chevrolet again.
