  • High Country Silverado from Radley Chevrolet...they deserve HIGH PRAISE!

    I'm a repeat customer. I bought my 2020 LT from Radley and had work done on that truck as well as my 2008 Corvette by their service department. Since my past experiences went so well and I really love the VIP program, I decided to go back to Radley to trade-in my 20 and purchase a 2025 High Country Silverado 1500. It was a bit of a challenge since the Silverado HC with the features I wanted was at a dealership in Pennsylvania, but like my LT purchase in 2020, the team at Radley made arrangements to transfer in the truck I wanted. Christina Ballin, Karen Jerman, and Keith McCall did an excellent job working with me and the Pennsylvania dealer to help me trade my old and buy the truck I really wanted. Karen even worked on her day off and answered my calls while away from the office, which is going above and beyond to make a customer happy. I could be happier! Thanks all for the professionalism and excellent customer service. That's exactly why I keep coming back to Radley!

  • EV purchase - Radley Chevrolet

    The overall purchasing experience with Radley Chevrolet has been poor. We purchased a 2024 Chevrolet Blazer EV from them. The dealership has no knowledge of the Federal EV Tax Credit and refuses to follow the government direction on how to submit an EV sale to ensure I receive the full benefit of the credit at tax time even though they heavily advertise it on each EV listed on their website. This is creating significant angst if at tax time the IRS will accept my submission. The vehicle also came without a hood cover installed and I am still awaiting said cover to be received and installed accordingly.

    I can’t say I’ve had a better experience at a dealership than my recent one at Radley Chevrolet in Fredericksburg! Their amount and selection of vehicles is great as is the customer service when choosing to purchase one. My experience was buying a new vehicle there was expedient, professional, and best of all no smoke and mirrors. I’ll be coming back to buy another!
