EV purchase - Radley Chevrolet

onThe overall purchasing experience with Radley Chevrolet has been poor. We purchased a 2024 Chevrolet Blazer EV from them. The dealership has no knowledge of the Federal EV Tax Credit and refuses to follow the government direction on how to submit an EV sale to ensure I receive the full benefit of the credit at tax time even though they heavily advertise it on each EV listed on their website. This is creating significant angst if at tax time the IRS will accept my submission. The vehicle also came without a hood cover installed and I am still awaiting said cover to be received and installed accordingly.
