Great Staff!

My Salesman, Doug really worked hard for me and with me to get the best deal possible for me and I can't thank him enough. I even… tried to be as difficult as possible and him and everyone at Koons remained patient and friendly with me. My wife and I were at the dealership from 10:00am till about close to 3pm. The time was filled with… alot of back and forths, questions, and negotiations. The entire time Justen was respectful and engaging, He answered every question we had even if it meant gettign up to go speak with the owner and not a single time was he annoyed with us even as we were playing hardball. Its a guarantee that Justen made our truck buying process a memorable one as he brought a TON of personality to the table which is a first in my experience and will stick with me for many years. In summary if you go to Koons Automotive of Fredricksburg South and you want a memorable car buying experience regardless of you making a purchase or not, ask for Justen.Would recommend and definitely come back!

by Calvin on 07/21/2019Justen Thompson was a pleasure to deal with in purchasing a 2017 Ford Fiesta. Showed me several cars and I decided on this one because it only had 28k miles on it and it is very fuel efficient. The payment was also within my budget.… Justen was not applying a lot of unnecessary pressure on me and was not pushy as some sales personnel can be. He made me feel very comfortable while I was there and followed up with me after the sale was completed to see if I was satisfied. There was a problem with the air conditioning blower motor resistor but it was replaced promptly by their service department in Stafford. They were also very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend going in to see Justen Thompson at Koons Automotive if you are looking to purchase a vehicle. He can definitely hook you up and take great care of you without all of the unnecessary pressureBest car buying experience EVER!
