  • Broken commitment and bad business practice.

    Background: I bought my Acura TSX from Radley Acura in 2007. When I bought the car, there was a promotion of lifetime free oil change for as long as I own the vehicle. Since then I have brought my car to Radley for the free oil change (every 8 months), any warranty repairs and recalls. Last December: When I brought my car for oil change last December, the service manager on duty displayed displeasure by questioning why I didn't bring my car to them for other scheduled maintenance service. I was taken aback by this but shrugged it off since I was by nature non confrontational. I was certainly offended by the way he treated me. The last time I check, we still live in America and everyone is free to choose. July 16: When I took my car in for oil change yesterday, the service advisor looked up my car on his terminal and told me that the lifetime free oil change has expired and now I need to pay for it. Hmmm.... let me repeat that "lifetime free oil change has expired" Does that sound right to you? I asked the service advisor again to confirm what I heard. The service advisor said that the "lifetime" free oil change expires "5 years" after the vehicle purchase and they just caught up to the fact that they are still providing free oil change to me. I didn't give the service advisor a hard time b/c he was courteous and I believe he was just doing his job according to what's posted on my account. I paid for the service since I was there already. Today: Obviously I believe that Radley Acura is in the wrong here. I provided feedback to the dealer but never got a response. The survey response stated that I was to be contacted based on the feedback. This is at best broken customer commitment and bad business practice on Radley's part. At worst false advertisement and breach of contract.

    Had a regular service for my MDX. Rep was friendly, and the work was done efficiently as promised. Have been servicing my car here since 2012 and will continue to do so.

    The sales man was great and the manager all the staff. This is the first time has Acura car for me it's the best.

    Requested work was done as expected on time and on budget. Consultant and loaner staff were very helpful. Price is always reasonable.

    Everyone was very professional. Work was done on time. Car was returned all washed and clean. This is my 5th Acura and have loved all of them because they run well and have never had any problems with any of them.

    Tony my salesman was awesome we spoke on the phone and he was waiting when we arrived. Kevin in finance was also awesome. Everyone I came in contact with was nice and courteous. I would definitely make that drive from Maryland in the future for a new car.
