Customer service from Sales & Leasing Consultant including Finance Director was excellent. This was the most pleasant auto purchasing experience I ever had. All questions were answered during the sale and finance portion of the purchase. Both gentleman were professional, patient, knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. Tony Nazir, Sales & Leasing Consultant and Derek Boateng, Finance Director, were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Radley Acura!

    I went into to inquire about a 2007 MDX. She was very friendly and she rushed to get an appraisal value for my trade in as well as pressuring me towards certain colors in stock which I didn't care for. I informed her that I wanted a second quote from another dealer prior to making a purchase that day and therefore cannot commit on buying the vehicle that day. In the midst of appraising my trade-in, she stopped everything (called the trade in guy to stop the appraisal )and told me that she wasn't going to give me a quote for the new vehicle or my trade in. She wanted me to get the best quote from Pohanka and bring it to her and she will try to beat it. I was glad to go elsewhere.
    • It is unacceptable for a dealership personnel to do something like stopping a process such as appraisal. Also, it is unacceptable to be pressured to certain colors/trims on a vehicle, even if it is end of model year. I think a dealership should give information and let the customer choose, unless asked for their opinion!

    I recommend Radley. I recently purchased a new vehicle there and was happy with the experience. I was able to get a good price and everything was on the level. They didn't play games or fudge the numbers. Our salesperson was very low pressure and dealer personnel seemed eager to please. I didn't get bombarded with phone calls or emails as I did from other dealers. He patiently took us to look at every color combination in the lot each time we changed our minds. We also received lifetime free oil changes and inspections. They offered a very competitive price up front without haggling. I still haggled them a bit just because I can't help it, but we took care of everything price related over email, which was my preference. When we went in to purchase, it was pretty quick. The finance person was easy to deal with too. I'm used to getting a lot of pressure from the finance people at the end, but he was quite pleasant and didn't try to strong-arm us into extended warranties, etc.

    Tarik is gone now, but I bought my car when he was the Sales Manager and had one of the very best purchase experiences of my life. Had I not experienced an unusual technical issue with the car I would continue to hold Radley in high esteem. The Service Department is courteous and accommodating, but unfortunately when the problem is one with which they have no experience, the demonstrate complete incompetence and try to conceal their ignorance with a web of lies and misrepresentations. Thankfully there are other Acura dealers.

  • No Hassle Experience

    Settled on price by phone and they stuck to it. No surprises. Sales person very courteous and knowledgeable and patient during sales presentation. Felt delivery process was rushed. Not a "classy" experience, but that seems to be the norm for the area. Tried Pohanka Acura for purchase and had an awful experience so went to Radley. Much further to drive, but worth it to feel I was treated reasonably well.

    I recently purchased a new Acura from Radley and recommend them highly. Sam Y. is one of the best salesman I have ever bought a car from and the Sales Manager (Steve T.) is top-notch too. The most impressive aspect of my experience was the transparency and honesty displayed throughout the process. No games, no hidden agendas, no bait-and-switch. I had used Radley previously to get my car serviced - I can now say that the entire dealership operates in a direct, forthright manner and truly strives to establish and maintain a long-term relationship with customers. I would give Radley a 6-star rating if that was an option.

    I just purchased an Acura TL from Sam Y. and I would highly recommend him. He took his time with the sale, was very helpful and professional. I got a great deal and it was a wonderful experience. This is a very large dealership with lots of great cars to choose from. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They were very honest in the deal too. Best car purchase I have ever made, and I usually buy a new car ever 2 years.

    I brought my car in for new tires, wheel alignment and an oil change. I was greeted immediately upon arrival at the service department and was out the door in a service loaner within 15 minutes. Everyone I interacted with was very pleasant. Jeremy was very helpful. He made sure that all of my concerns regarding my car were addressed.
  • Horrible Sales Experience

    The customer service was just plain horrible. I purchased a new car and they got the incorrect VIN on all the paperwork and could not drive the car for five days. I am praying that when the title arrives, it has the correct VIN. Too add icing on the cake I NEVER once got an apology from management. They seem more interested in getting your money than making it an accurate and pleasurable experience. Steve Travers and Sunny Naiyer were the two sales people I was working with on this. They corrected the bill of sale and the odometer disclosure statement but not the temporary registration. Sunny told me that incorrect VIN on the temporary registration would not be an issue with the authorities. I consulted council and he told me not to drive the car and to get a new temporary registration immediately. So I had to wait yet another day. If these two worked for me, I would seriously consider relieving them both of them of their duties or reassign them to positions that match their abilities.     Radley Acura was great. I just bought a new 2012 Acura TL. I felt very comfortable through out the entire process and the explained all the questions I had along with all the one I could not think to ask. I would recommend Radley Acura to everyone. Best car buying experience I have ever had!

    Disappointing experience with Radley. Attempted to use email process to initiate possible purchase. While I received a competitive quote from one of Radley's salesman, the salesman's follow up was, well, nonexistent. For some reason the salesman seemingly refused to respond to my follow up inquiries. Perhaps he concluded I was not a good lead. Perhaps he sells enough vehicles he didn't need to bother with me. Seriously, I have bought two new Acura vehicles within the past eighteen months and this experience was far and away the most disappointing. On my other two buys the Acura sales people were remarkably attentive. Makes me concerned how Radley's personnel would be after the sale. Good thing Pohanka is not that far away.

    So I came to Radley Acura looking for a Certified Acura TL. I was greeted by Arnold who just by looking at him I could tell he was here to help me. He took me on a test drive and was extremely knowledgeable about the car and how everything worked. Arnold was very honest and told me we would have to resurface the breaks because the car made a noise I was unaware of. After having taken care of that I felt reassured that I was buying a car from the right dealership because of people like Arnold who give Radley a good reputation by making sure they take care of their costumers. The process was very smooth and a the end Arnold was more of my friend then he was a salesman. Im very happy overall!

    The service rep was very kind and helpful. She followed-up after the service to see if everything was ok. I appreciated that. The service itself was top-notch as usual. Radley Acura has always been good to me. Their service waiting area was well stocked with coffee, soda, and water.

    The service advisor "Babu" tried to sell a lot of other services not necessary, which was confirmed when I took vehicle to another service dealer.

    Jimmy (my service technician) was friendly and knew exactly what needed to be done with my car. He followed up twice to make sure I was completely satisfied. He gave me excellent customer service. Getting a loaner vehicle was essential and the attendant who helped me was terrific and friendly. They all did a great job. I will definitely use Radley Acura again - they truly make their customers priority #1.

  • Long-time Radley service customer

    To me, Radley's service department is one of the best reasons to own an Acura if you live in this area. They are unique in my experience, if for no other reason than that they are open seven days a week, and have service hours until midnight. That's not "drop off" hours. That's service hours. Combine that with free loaners and honest service advisors, and you're in auto service heaven. When my Acura needs service, I'll call in advance, reserve a loaner, and then come to Radley at 9 or 10pm, after the kids are in bed and the rush hour traffic is long past. If it's something quick, I can wait in their lounge, use the WiFi, etc. More often, I just take a loaner and come back the following night. How great is that? As for the service and value, I've generally been pleased. Of course the service advisors are always encouraging you to pay for preventative maintenance, but if you ask questions they are always honest and direct about what's required vs. recommended, and where you could put something off or save money. The labor rates aren't out of line, and there are frequent "promotion" prices on maintenance items. I've been using Radley for service since 2001, and just bought a new RDX, so I'm looking forward to many more years as a happy customer.

    I have been using Radley Acura for service since I bought my first 2002 TL ten years ago. I never thought I'd rave about a dealer's service department, but the department really is a reason to do business with Radley. What's most unique is the service hours. They are open 7 days a week, and weeknights until midnight. Midnight! That's not just a drop-off desk. That's actual service advisors and technicians dealing with fixing cars. Add the free loaner program to the mix, and you have the ultimate in flexibility. I come home, feed the kids, say goodnight, and then run by Radley to drop off my car for service and get a free loaner. When the car is ready, I can follow the same routine to pick it up. Only two minor complaints: 1) you generally have to schedule loaners in advance. They just don't have enough for every customer. 2) they are always trying to cross-sell me something. The good news is that the advisors are direct and honest about it. I feel comfortable asking them "what's really needed here?" or "can this wait another 5K miles?" or can you cut me a deal on the recommended service. I am shopping for another new Acura, and Radley is at the top of the list because of the service department.

    This was the best buying experience I have ever had. I called and spoke to Al. We set a time to meet so I could test drive a new TL (awd). I got there and he had the car warmed up because is was 19 degrees out side. After learning the Navi which is incredible I must add we went out for a nice test drive. When we returned he did not pressure me to buy today I told him I would return with my husband on Sunday. We called Al back on Saturday and ended up coming in later Saturday night and they gave us a great deal on my old VW and my new TL. I love this dealer and the whole staff. I will recommend this dealer to anyone and the new TL.

    Dear Sir/Madam. To whom it may concern: April, 17, 2011. I had the opportunity to purchase used MDX 2004 (Black). from Radely Acura, Falls Church location in Nov. 2010. I had work with Mr. Mohammad Khan for more than 1 Year before i bought the above MDX from him. i had given him my requirements for the MDX. He was persistent and followed up with my many times via phone and e-mails. There was a mistake on the coverage of the above MDX. I Contacted Karen Radely, after a while, she took time to hear my concern and Mr. Mark Smith Gen. Mgr. at above dealership called me in humble and humane way and promised me that my concern would be fully honored to my satisfaction, karen and Mark smith took care of it to the best of satisfaction! In nutshell, there are so many dealers all over the area, the way Karen Radely took the time to hear me, they have become my dealer for life! (Used or New Car).     I am blow away with the service I received at Radley Acura. Jeremy was very strait forward and called to update me several times and also called me after I left. Radley Acura is very well organized and they know how to treat there customers. I would highly recommend this dealer and will return.
