Just bought my 2nd Acura from Radley
by quakerwildcat on 05/24/2012updated 08/05/2025Just bought my second Acura from Radley (after buying my first one from the other dealer in Chantilly). I can't say a bad thing about them. My salesman Ed Lopez was patient and helpful -- never pushy -- through multiple test drives, and… when it came time to do the deal, Ed and his sales manager Steve Travers stepped in and made everything straightforward and easy. I am certain I got a great deal and never felt like I had to fight for it. More importantly, once I decided what I wanted, Radley never tried to shove anything extra down my throat. As long as Acura keeps making great vehicles, I'll be a Radley customer for life.Avoid Radley Acura-Annandale
by iacpbja on 09/24/2011updated 08/05/2025I've taken my Acura RSX to Radley Acura over the past 5 years because it's conveniently located near my home and work. Customer service is mediocre. They have a bevy of teenagers hanging around the counter with not much to do and a lax… attitude. The service managers are always trying to upsell another service regardless of what you go there for. They are always trying to conduct telephone surveys after service is provided, but they don't implement new practices to improve service. They are also extremely expensive and unapologetic about it. They claim not to be able to provide discounts or a deal for good customers and do not return calls when post-service problems are reported. Beware of their offer to provide *free* loaner cars. This is a ploy to introduce you to their newer models, but you are required to sign a rental contract with many stipulations. Don't do it; they are looking for another way to make a buck when you don't clarify the terms of the *loan*. I agree with many of the other comments and plan to take my car to other service providers despite the inconvenience to me.First off, I would like to apologize for any inconveniences you experienced at our dealership. Our number one priority is to make sure that ever customer leaves our store 100% satisfied and I am sorry you did not see this value in us. If you would be open to contacting me at your earliest convenience, I would love to further understand the situation and for the opportunity to resolve this issue. I especially like the free loaner program and the car wash. Radley Acura is First-Rate

They are not pushy, they respect their customers and they don't waste your time. Mr. Mohammad Khan was the… sales rep I dealt with and he was great. Also, will not provide an online price quote, only stated in an email that he would beat his competitor's price by $500 and… did not keep his word. Also, he was derogatory towards his competitor (Pohanka Acura) and actually, he turned out to be the flaky.It would mean the world to us if we could have a chance to further understand this situation and an opportunity to try and resolve this matter. Think again before you go to Radley Acura

OTD price was approved by a GS manager, shown in the dealers system, and was confirmed one more time in writing before coming in. But the in-store manager would not horror the price without verification… of the GS manager, who of course was conveniently not available to do so at the time being. My advice is that only give it a try if you dont mind being mistreated or coming home empty-handed.Love my Acura TSX
