Customer service from Sales & Leasing Consultant including Finance Director was excellent. This was the most pleasant auto purchasing experience I ever had. All questions were answered during the sale and finance portion of the purchase. Both gentleman were professional, patient, knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. Tony Nazir, Sales & Leasing Consultant and Derek Boateng, Finance Director, were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Radley Acura!

    I enjoyed working with Mr. Al Gavri. He was very committed and willing to help me with my purchase. Very flexible and kind. Also, Sam the sales manager and Mr. Hue the finance manager were pleasant to work with. They all conducted a smooth and hassle free process to finalize my purchase of Acura MDX. Thank you all and I'll be referring anyone who is looking to purchase a car from Lindsey Acura.

    My sales experience was excellent. Sajjad Bhatti was extremely professional and knowledgable. There was no "hard sell" process, which I greatly appreciated. Kevin in the finance department moved me through quickly and efficiently. I would definitely buy or lease from this team again.

    The sales person Will was very good at his job. He was patient and able to explain all my questions. He also knew a lot about the Acura CPO process. In one instance he was able to correct the finance manager on his understanding of the warranty.

    My service was excellent. From making the appointment to getting my car back, the service was professional and efficient. The lobby was well stocked with coffee, tea, and water. Everyone was courteous and nice. My experience was enjoyable. Thanks to April for fitting me in on the day's calendar.

    Turned car in for B1 service, oil change, tire check, etc. Also had Fernando check the transmission issues i'm having. Did all the main stuff, but couldn't find anything wrong with the transmission. Will keep an eye on it. Had wonderful service as usual. Fernando made the experience fantastic. I'll keep coming back because of his service.

    Wisdom was the perfect sales consultant, and he knows the product offerings completely. He and Vance earned my business by allowing me to take a couple of days to think about my decision and not trying to force something before I left the dealership the first night. I decided to forego other scheduled test drives with competitors in order to go back to Radley and Wisdom four days later, and am really glad that I did. I love my RDX and am supremely happy with the entire experience.

    April was most accommodating and helpful. Did not meet the technician but that was not necessary. Repair done in a timely manner. April also followed up with a phone call which is great customer service.

    I was looking for a new car for about a year. I narrowed it down to an Acura ILX or TSX. I visited various dealerships for about 3 months looking for the right vehicle. I came across 2 options with Radley Acura in Falls Church online one Saturday. I went to the dealership that day and left with a vehicle. I was extremely happy with the service I received from Travis Clarke. He was patient, helpful, informative and helped me get into the "right" vehicle. The sales manager, "V.E.D." was also extremely kind and helpful! He did everything in his power to make sure I left happy and with a smile and I did! At the time of purchase I had another vehicle and I was offered an exceptional deal on a trade in. The individual in the finance office, I believe his name was Tom, was awesome as well. He got me through the mountains of paperwork quickly while being informative. -Christie Wood

    My new service assistant Aly Hawks was very attentive and listened to me this time explain what my TL was doing since my last service and after proper troubleshooting found out exactly what was happening with my car. The whole process was good.

    Where to begin. It starts and ends with Fernando in service. This guy, gave me his cell phone which is next level. He called to update me on the car and when they couldn't get to it, went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I had a brand new MDX loaner for a day. Even had someone come get me. The team installed running boards and a roof rack and to my surprise actually went all over my car. I didn't buy my car at this Acura Dealership and for the first time ever in my car buying life, I didn't feel ripped off. The car checked out perfect. Fernando is as honest as you get, friendly and over the top with customer service. I will not only recommend this dealership, but I would recommend him strongly to my friends. If Acura's brand is built off of its people...you found your Derek Jeter ; )

    We talked with Al Newman over the phone and just recently wasted four hours at another dealership because they promised a price and went back on it when we sat down to sign the paperwork. My old acura was totaled while parked two weeks prior so I only had a few more days left with my rental agreement so time/getting the right price was very stressful for me. Then Al came along and helped me find the right car, price and was very easy to work with. He made car leasing WAY easier than I had ever imagined. I LOVE my car and wish I came to your dealership earlier. All the employees were very professional and I would definitely recommend a friend or a buy a car from your dealership!

    For the first time visiting your dealership, I was given a loaner car. This makes all the difference. You have lost a lot of my business because in the past, I was not even offered a rental. I don't mind paying for a rental but a bus to the pentagon followed by subway to Foggy Bottom and a 20 minute walk to the State Dept. makes me look for alternative service near my home. I know my car will be fixed right at your dealership.

    My service rep Deshaun Moten always takes good care of me. I get a loaner, he tries to help with any discounts that might be applicable and my car was ready on time. After detailing, my 10-year old Acura TL felt like it was brand new again. My husband who owns an Acura RL also has all his service done at Radley. We stopped in the showroom to see the new Acuras after picking up my car and if we decide to make our next car purchases Acuras again, it will definitely be in part because of the good maintenance and excellent treatment we've received from the service department.
