Here’s the deal, every dealer wants to sell you a car but if you come into their shop with just a little bit of knowledge of the car and financing you will be better prepared. I came to BMW of Fairfax looking for a new 5 series sedan and met Petr (the spelling is correct) who was a real professional. He realized I knew what I wanted and worked with me to smooth out any misconceptions I had as to options, performance, and production timelines. I suggest anybody looking for buy any model BMW to call Petr and schedule an appointment. You will be glad you did. If anybody has any questions just contact me and I will give you the real deal bottom line. I’m not kidding.

  • Failure to Communicate in Timely Manner/Poor Service

    2921 Honda CRV from BMW Fairfax sold as is. However, failed to provide a second key fob and missing retractable cargo cover. Only provide for BMW cars Never before in my 35+ years of car buying from a dealership did they not provide a complete car. Numerous calls before they told me their decision to stand pat.

  • Excellent Experience Purchasing a Certified BMW X2

    I was looking for a new or close-to-new X2 and saw that Fairfax BMW had a certified X2 with less than 9000 miles. The test drive was easy to arrange and went well, but I held off on the transaction because the trade in amount was not as high as I had hoped. Two days later I was able to sell my vehicle to another dealer and I returned to BMW Fairfax to purchase the 2021 certified X2. Process could not have gone smoother.

    The BMW of Fairfax is a perfectly balanced dealership with an extraordinary management team, sales staff, finance office, and service department; each contributing to an enjoyable, efficient, stress- free, personal buying experience. Leading this effort was senior Client Advisor Paul Blakeman, who has sold me three repeat three BMWs with more to follow for sure. Paul is technically proficient with BMW specifics and he assures the potential buyer fully understands all buying options without adding pressure to the decision process.

  • A complete ripoff

    A complete rip off. I bought a X3 M40i and took every package the finance sold me for complete peace of mind. Bought bumper to bumper coverage for life. When I went into service for replacing my rear brake pads , I was told it was not covered and I need to buy a package for another $1800 which completely shocked me. Btw, it's 2019 BMW with 39K miles on it. Never gonna own a BMW again. I hate to be cheated.

  • Stay away

    I signed a lease for X4 two months before our lease on X2 was up which we traded in; issue #1 we agreed one price at the beginning of the meeting; as we were taken to sign the lease with finance manager the payment changed; long story short my wife was furious and wanted to leave since the price changed seconds before we signed; i wanted to get over with it so we settle for a price that was in the middle between the agreed and the new one offered as we were about to sign the contract; the dealership promised to pay for the last payment on the old lease and lease disposition fee • Issue #2 couple of days later: we got a call from the dealership that something was wrong with the signed contract; they will resend to sign again which involved another hard inquiry on my credit score (so two hard inquiries in just few days) • Issue #3 End of January (our old lease payment is due): got a call from BMW Financial why I did not pay my last payment on the old lease (note I do not have my old car anymore); called dealership a couple of times; unresponsive but suggest we pay and they will reimburse; they send a check for a lower amount; the general manager, Venmos the difference (!?!) • Issue #4 begging of February: our payment on new X4 is due (Feb 7); the car is still not in the system; called dealership a couple of times; again slow response; they agree to pay for it and we reimburse them • Issue #5 first half of February (old lease is due): got a call from BMW Financial why I did not pay disposition fee on my old lease; called the dealership a couple of times- they sorted it • Issue #6 second half of February; when you sign a lease the dealership deals with registration and parking permit; we receive the temporary registration that expires on in two weeks (!?!?) and invalid parking permit; called dealership again; they blame it on DMV; in the end the dealership suggests we deal with registration and permit- as of now we now have temporary registration and temporary parking- more than two months after we leased the car • After all this the general manager says they hope they will not do business anymore with us.

  • Stay away!

    I leased a BMW X4 back in 2019 from this dealership. I returned the car a couple of months early due to used car prices going up. After returning the car in Sept and paying all the amount that I owed including property taxes I get another bill with more property taxes from Oct to this coming December even though I do not have the car anymore! Also last year they charged me for a parking ticket that I disputed and probably was going to get dismissed. This dealership literally emptied my bank account. I will never ever return to this place again.
    • I’m glad we were able to pay off your lease early for you and even take care of the property tax amount that you are responsible for. If this is Fairfax County sir, the entire bill for the year is paid on October 5th. You gave the dealership a 1 star review for something that is handled between you, Fairfax County, and BMW Financial Services. Please reach out to me directly so that I can research this on your behalf to clarify that all charges were accurate. I apologize if any member of my team was unable to walk you through this previously.

  • Beware Of Service

    Going to have to give this BMW service location a whopping 1 stars. The old myth about service departments stereotyping and taking advantage of a what seems to be a clueless female is the daily practice here at Bmw of Fairfax. From the moment that service bay door comes rocking up like the speed of light, prepare yourself. All eyes on you, like a vulnerable baby deer in headlights of oncoming 495 morning traffic. You’re defeated! As expected the recommended and critical items will be explained in the attempt to persuade me into completing all work when coming in for a simple oil change. 3 hours later and “3 critical oil leaks” while my home garage shows no signs of leakage over the last 5 years, they still have the audacity to offer a $4,000 discounted price for the repairs. As if that wasn’t enough you still attempt the old “stripped drain bolt “ trick. Less then a mile down the road all tire pressure lights came on, over the next two days the tires continued loosing air. When all else fails they'll loosen your valve steams. Mike Walker's attitude; I'd compare it to a nuclear reactor! Keep it proactive not reactive boss! Remember every problem has a solution. Not the experience I was looking for.
    • Mr. and Mrs. Morton This is not a fair review at all. You are a partner in the well-known Auto Hub Center which deals in used cars in Stafford, Va. From the looks of the Better Business Bureau complaints I realize you are very busy and need to be able to trust that you will get sound advice if you bring one of your cars here to get checked out properly. That is exactly why you had your wife bring in the 8 year old, 125,000 mile X5 that you were nice enough to purchase at auction for her to drive. I understand that you hoped it just needed a simple oil change. However, our job is to point out exactly what we find. Upon being informed of those issues, you had some very unprofessional, unkind, and borderline threatening words for my service advisor. You then called me to help, at which point I dove right in and confirmed the number one concern, which was indeed a stripped drain plug. I strongly suggested that you guys let us fix the drain plug issue for half price, for safety reasons, but you instructed us NOT to fix it, and asked that we just change the oil and put your wife back on the road in that X5. I was as accommodating and professional as I could be and then performed the service for FREE. Your comment about my reaction is not only untrue, but slanderous. I run a real dealership and work extremely hard on behalf of my teammates and our clients. This is a shameless and classless review. I did notice that same X5 is for sale on your lot with no mention of the issues it has. But then again, no surprise there.

    Can’t say enough good things about BMW of Fairfax. Everyone works tirelessly at their highest level, and always responds to a customer needs, “very professional”. David my representative is the best, and has always made me feel welcomed. Lastly, I have never had any problems or attitude from BMW of Fairfax compared to Alexandria. Great experience, and our car feels new again.

My salesman, Eric Bautista, knows his BMWs and knows how to treat a customer. His communication throughout the entire process was exactly what you would expect from a top-notch establishment like BMW fo Fairfax. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and highly recommend him if you are in the market for a BMW. I was floored by the beauty of my car - 2022 M850iX Grand Coupe, Frozen Bluestone Metallic exterior, Red/Black interior - when I laid eyes on it, and was equally impressed by the VIP delivery treatment from Eric and the rest of the staff.

    One of the most difficult things for a business to do is to deliver consistency to the consumer. BMW of Fairfax once again has displayed their ability to do just that. They identified the appropriate vehicle for me, which fit my situation perfectly. The entire process from pricing to delivery was exceptionally smooth. And I’ve been doing this with them for over a decade! If you want to be respected as a consumer, it’s BMW of Fairfax.

    The car was used as a loaner vehcle and had 4,338 miles on it but was also close to $10,000 off of the MSRP price. They had it detailed and ready to go when I got up there on Saturday. They were very efficient and respectful of my time. It was an easy buying experience.
