Amazing 1st Time BWM Buying Experience & After Purchase Support
by Alice__ on 01/08/2024My experience at this Fairfax dealership was AMAZING and EVERYTHING I ever wanted from a dealership- for both purchasing that day and AFTER PURCHASE SUPPORT! I worked with Arbin (sales) and Zen (finance). This is my first time both buying a… car for myself and first time test driving a BMW. Arbin was extremely patient with me and taught me about the car and the different buttons and the features that my BMW has over others in the same model and compared to other brands. I asked numerous questions since it was all vey new to me and he answered every single one of them. I also came into the dealership towards the end of the work day and he and Zen worked with me after hours for my paperwork since I drove a long way from Maryland. After I decided to buy my car, I worked with Zen on signing the paperwork where he patiently explained every line item on the papers I was signing and explaining all the different packages of maintenance support BMW has to offer. I really appreciated Arbin and Zen's thoroughness as it was approaching 9PM, no one had dinner yet, and they were both still helping me complete all my paperwork for my dream car. My great impressions didn't stop there. After I drove the car home, I had a couple of interactions with both Arbin and Zen that made me really appreciate their dedication to customer support. I had an issue with the license plate since I was out of state and had questions re: tire pressure and Arbin responded via calls and texts to make sure I had all my questions answered. I also had to sign some additional paperwork that Zen emailed over and he called to explain what the paperwork was for. I totally forgot about the paperwork and he gently reminded me later on to sign the outstanding paperwork. I really appreciate the team with all their support in my making my first car and BMW car experience amazing and will definitely come back to you guys to buy my next BMW (not for a while though... Buyer Beware
by Kevin on 12/20/2023I Bought a 2014 Mazda CX-5 from them and was happy due to what I perceived to be a good deal, Until I took the car to get Maryland inspected and was informed that it needed both lower control arms replaced. Now that is not a huge deal I… understood that the vehicle was sold As-Is and its not a very costly fix, so I could bear with that and had it fixed the vehicle was Re-inspected and I notified the dealership that it had passed and sent a email including everything they needed on 12/04/23 so I could get my permanent tags. The Salesman Sam has since been ignoring my emails and my Temp Tag has expired. I called and talked to Jack and he told me that my Tags were on order and due to all the holidays they haven't arrived but they are expecting them 12/19-12/21. I tried to get another Temp Tag from the DMV and they said that they don't show anything about the vehicle in their system so something must not be done on the dealers end and that without it being in the system they could not help me; So I again called the dealership spoke to Ysenia in the Tag/Title Dept. and She has now informed me my Tags aren't on order yet that she can see and is unsure why they haven't been ordered. It wasn't until I asked what they were going to do to try and fix the situation that she offered to send me new temp tags so I can drive the vehicle that I spent good money on.Kevin, Thank you again for your business. My first BMW!

I was assigned upon arrival to Sam Hawa and Sam without wasting anytime took me to the car that I… selected. He told me about some of the features of the car. Helped me understand the digital gears of BMW as I never drove one before. Then we went back to his office to discuss numbers and Sam Hawa gave me a great deal. Not only that he was very patient with me. I took multiple calls between my deal, consulted with a couple of auto loan providers and generally took my time to decide. Not even once Sam told me to hurry up or pressured me in any way. This made me feel very comfortable and confident in my decision. Sam also helped me with showing me the complete history of the vehicle which included details about each and every service visits and parts that were serviced. This is really great transparency and a solid way of building trust. All these factors helped me in my decision. Then I was taken to Feroz to discuss and make my payment. Let me tell you this Feroz is one of the most friendliest and polite people I have ever spoken to. He gave me some great suggestions and advice regarding BMW services. Gave me a few options on what would be better for my car. He asked me questions and based on my answers gave me some great suggestions and I really appreciate him for also letting me take my time to decide what would be best for me. My car was ready for me to drive in less than 2 hours. I made the insurance call. I greeted everyone who helped me at BMW of Fairfax and I am really glad that I decided to visit here today. He answered all my questions, was really friendly and didn't come off as the typical used car salesman that you meet.… He was straight forward with me and didn't pressure me on a sale.
