The perfect experience

Honest, transparent, no pressure, great attention to detail. Stellar example of what buying a luxury car should be but all too… often isnt. Special kudos to Erick Bautista who was totally committed to making us happy. No attempt to upsale anything, just total candor and focus on customer satisfaction. This is our first lease ever and Erick, Ryan and Jafar took time to make sure we were aware of every wrinkle. Very happy With the fair price we got on the new vehicle as well as the trade in. Our First BMW Purchase

We had a slight hiccup shortly after leaving the dealership with a sensor being triggered… for low air pressure on the back rear tire only to find a nail in the tire. Mike Wallace and James made the awesome decision to find a solution for us as new clients and they earned our loyalty and gratitude by doing so. We appreciate their professionalism and the desire to make the deal and ensure customer satisfaction. We will be referring others to BMW of Fairfax. My service Advisor David Goldberg greeted me when I arrived, inspected my vehicle for the reason I bought it in and then recommended service that was needed. I wasn’t able to procure a… loaner vehicle when I set up the appointment, but David was able to get me a vehicle the next day. David called me to update me on the progress and also called me when the service was completed. I picked up the vehicle the next morning. David was there and he noticed me pulling in with the loaner. Everything went as I had hoped because we were leaving on our family vacation the next day.Thank you again for taking the time to let us know how we did. BMW 540 Purchase
by FaizalT on 07/20/2018I came into this dealership and bought a 540i on the spot the same day, part of my deal was a free window tint. A couple of weeks later the sales guy informed me that they would not be able to do the window tint even though it was promised… to me. I do not have any confidence or respect for this dealership, while I don't think it was the sales guy's fault I am extremely upset and it should have been rectified. I will not do business with this dealership again because they have lost my trust. In addition, the finance guy I had to deal with was not at all friendly and seemed annoyed that by the time I closed the deal it was around 5 or 6pm. He has no business being in the customer service business, he wasn't friendly he made me feel uncomfortable and again not someone I would ever do business with in the future. The only saving grace was the BMW genius that I met with, his name is Aly the guy knows his stuff and was very friendly.We regret to hear that you had this experience with us. Thank you for taking the time to let us know how we can improve. We will use your feedback to ensure the best possible care for our guests going forward.

BMW FAIRFAX SERVICE center

I made an appointment, my service advisor Mark Stoud was ready when I arrived, they did the evaluation of my needs, and after 35 minutes they new before to put my new tires and all… my fluids, they figured out that my car was needing a piece to be changed, I wasn't available that I will need a day, I was needing to go to pick my children, they gave me a Loaner, a BMW 2018, The following day my car was with my new tires, alighment, balanced , completely clean, and ready to go.Connie H., we are very happy we could provide you with a positive experience! 2018 BMW X5 Hybrid purchase

We had originally planned to make one more stop after BMW but, this was not the case. Jame's knowledge and the vehicle itself… convinced us to stay. I can say with confidence that we are very pleased with our purchase. Jaafar Soulimani the finance manager, thoroughly explained the paperwork. Even though the dealership closed at 6 pm, Jaafar and James stayed with us until 8:30 pm to complete all the paperwork.Pnimmagadda, reviews like this give us motivation and help us ensure we provide high-quality care.

New Gas Cap
by adrienne1412 on 06/25/2018I just purchase a CPO 2015 BMW X5 about a week ago, and I noticed that the gas cap tether was no longer attached. I pointed that out, and they told me to go to service, which I did and they check the vehicles in service date and… everything. And moments later returned with a new gas cap, which they installed free of charge.Hi Adrienne1412! We're so happy we were able to help you out!
