by Diesel Blu on 12/23/2018I bought a 2014 BMW 535dx - d for diesel. It came with four years of “free” service which I am now past. I like to stick with one service center so I am trying to stick with BMW of Fairfax Service. It’s tough. For those that know diesel,… you know it’s wise to change the oil more frequently than the recommended interval because of diesel burn and build up in oil more than gas engines; I continue to fight the cost of the emissions Blu fill when they change the oil - and hit a wall at this last interim oil change - $137 to fill the add Blu. Whatever goodwill might have grown over the last four years was eroded - ugh.Diesel Blu, we regret to hear that you had a negative experience with us, but would appreciate the chance to turn your experience around. 2007 X5 work done

Incomplete work
by Beamer 335 on 11/03/2018Terrible experience, and I’m not very surprised. I took my car for a vehicle check and oil change service, and I explained to my service advisor that sometimes there’s a smoke coming from the hood, and also there’s a noise from the front of… the engine and it’s constent. She goes you have an oil leak so you need to replace the valve cover gasket, oil filter housing, drive belt tensioner, and the belt. Which added up to about $2900 keep in mind the majority of the cost is for labor. I come pick up the car 4 days later and I looking at my invoice I see that they changed the coolant fluid without my approval and when I asked the service advisor she said that there’s oil mixed with the coolant so they had to flush it. Don’t ask me who the oil got inside. However, this is not the issue. The isse is the noise sound is still there and when I asked why isn’t my car completely fixed she said the noise is from the compressor, but the noise doesn’t go away when I turn the A/C off. I wasn’t convinced so I asked for a manager to speak with, but I couldn’t. I come the next day and had the chance to speak with him explaining everything to him, he brought a technician and his diagnose was different than the first one, this time he said the noise is from the alternator. I’m not surprised as I mentioned because this is not the first time they wrongly diagnose my car.
