An oil change, state inspection, and A/C and cooling system were performed. Michael Altizer also made sure our Tiguan was… washed, which was an unexpected service. State Inspection
by Russ on 07/30/2025Michale Altizer was very respectful of my time. I told him I was meeting someone for breakfast after my appt. He got me in and out within the hour and even commented for me to ‘enjoy your breakfast’. Which says to me that he was listening… and not just going through the motions. He also did not delay me further with unrelated things to my inspection. He simply provided the video, allowed me to make my own decision and quickly got me on my way. I greatly appreciate his professionalism as well as his personable touch. It makes you want to return for service and not feel pressured to return.Russ, thank you for taking the time to leave Michale this positive review! Smooth transaction

Not all of the work could be completed since the part needed has to be special ordered. Mike explained the possibility of delay on… waiting for the part and how the part would be installed. Amazing!!! Quick and easy

Nevertheless Mike in service explained the fancy report that they would be running and sending to me. Gave me the options and prices. It was… perfect. Not to mention he was juggling the job alone. I'm not sure I like supprizes
by Walter A Miller on 05/06/2025Michale Altizer was quite energetic, knowledgeable, and his mechanic Carlos M. left my Atlas extremely clean. I highly recommend that customers take the time the ask the right questions prior to authorizing the work. I know to do as I… mentioned but neglected same. Example: Why change spark plugs and not the coils should only be another $40 or so and it is a 100,000 mile maintenance interval. Imagine my surprise when I received the invoice and it was over twice what was mentioned ($850---$900 or so) $2100 Don't misunderstand the work is good. A complete break down of parts would be nice you know part numbers etc. as well as time to perform each item. One might say while coolant is draining one might be removing interference for spark plug replacement.service

Welcoming but pricey

I am a die hard Volkswagen fan and taking her to get serviced with my limited availability can be tough. We encountered an overnight snowstorm and unfortunately… when I arrived she couldn’t be service due to a machine being down due ice. Michael could see my disappointment and schedule me first thing in the morning the next day. I wished them all well and drove off. Two minutes later I get a call from Michael stating turn that vehicle we are up and running :). I love his enthusiasm, his professionalism, his need to please. I was so happy to return and so happy we were able to get the service done. We both smiled at the end of service and I said thank you.
