Do not waste your time and money

onI bought a 2022 Lexus NX350h from this dealership on 05/05/22. The financial manager Jimmy Zayad sold me a warranty called ECP plus for over 900$. I then realized that the warranty actually only cover damage by weather so I decided to cancel it. However the dealership told me that the warranty cannot be canceled once applied. I was not informed by the financial manager when I bought it and I just bought it within a week. I think this is FRAUD and I suggest you not doing any business with this dealership.

Incompetent Service

onOn 16 March I went to Pohanka Lexus to get a GPS update for my RX350. I had previously called the Parts Dept with the intention of buying an upgrade disk. They informed me that I could not buy it and I would have to come in and pay approx $150.for a technician to install it. Upon arrival I asked how long it would take to install it and the estimate went from 1 hr to 3 hr. In reality a grade school student could put the disk in and update it in 10 minutes. The cost estimate for the update was $365.00. I waited in the waiting room for 2 hrs. The Service rep then came to me and announced that the Parts Dept did not have the update disk for my vehicle. He could not explain why it took 2 hours for them to realize they didn't have an update disk. I departed the dealership never to return again for any reason.

onPohanka has an amazing service center, I've been going there for years and it just keeps getting better! I came in for my regular oil change and was assisted by Amber. She was very sweet and attentive. Whenever I had a question she was happy to help. I love going to pohanka because there service just seems very genuine and professional, I know my car is in great hands when I bring it to pohanka.

Feel betrayed....

onI gave only star as I could not give zero or negative star rating. I bought 2011 RX350 from Pohanka Lexus on 12/10/2017. The Carfax Report showed clean record without any issue. Two weeks later, I got second Carfax Report pulled by another Dealership and to my surprise, the second Carfax Report is showing one accident that happened on 2/11/2017, ten months prior to my purchase. It also mentions in the report that "Carfax began reporting this information on 12/12/2017". When I contacted Pohanka Lexus, the Manager said when the vehicle was sold, the Carfax Report was clean, so I have to bear the burden of loss due to a ten-month prior accident. I have been asking them to take the car back as I do not want a vehicle with an accident. They refused. No fault on my part but I am stuck.

onI love going to Pohanka to get my car serviced! Their process is very easy and extremely convenient with their walk in availability. I recently went in for my regular maintenance and Amber was my service consultant, she was very friendly and made me feel at home, she mentioned the newly renovated upstairs lounge and it was amazing, especially with all of the massage chairs! Excellent service from Pohanka!

disinterested service advisors, arrogant

onCame to have change oil to my old 2003 GX370. Standing and waiting for 10 minutes, I'm the only one waiting. Service advisors just looking on their terminals, avoiding eye contacts. After 10 minutes, someone yelled "someone will be with you shortly", I answered "Are you sure", he answered yes. After another 10 minutes, I just told him I have to sit and cannot wait standing because of back pain. Another 10 minutes passed when Freddy Earl came and help me. He came to me as I was sitting, very professional and apologetic, the Pohanka excuse. Wait until my car was services then I noticed that there was a changed of fill up washer. I told Freddy that I filled the water washer before I came so why the charge, they did not even check. I don't know how much water did they fill for the $3.+ charge to the my bill. Freddy said he will try to correct this but I just want to leave the place, So I said forget about it,but he insisted that he will check on it. HAve another 2015 RX350 leased from Pohanka so I'm sure after I returned the car I will not be back.

onMy wife and I purchased an LX 570 coming off lease from Pohanka Lexus and we worked with Ganbat Dorj. Ganbat is the most honest car salesman I have ever worked with and he's incredibly easy to work with. He never tried to pressure us at any point during the process and even dropped the car off at our house the day we bought it. Pohanka is the best dealership we've ever been to and the service has been phenomenal. We got free service for 24 months and I got a loaner when they changed the oil. These guys sell the most reliable cars on the road and they treat their customers well. If you're in the market for a new or used Lexus, contact Ganbat today!

Heavy sales tactics to make sale

onBought RX350. Heavy sales pressure tactics. After refusing their offer and leaving the showroom, kept getting calls at home. We were called back with assurance of more discount. Nothing happened, except pleading/forcing us to buy the car, because sales person had spent several hours with us. Never told that $1,500 discount given to us was in-lieu of 1.99% financing rate of car. Had to pay higher rate of interest. Salesman later told us we should have read fine print of financing online! During final visit, the sale manager said he is giving $995 delivery and document fee(this is besides their regular processing fee) credit. On final invoice at financing time, did not see the credit. We were told the Manager was just explaining a MSRP charge we had questioned! As a compromise, Sales manager offered free door edge guard, which were never given later. Sales man said he had given free oil change coupon, which in fact was given for other inconveniences to us. No proper coordination of deal between salesman and sales manager. After we took delivery, for some questions we tried to contact Sales person by text, email and phone.He contacted after two days only when we threatened with higher level complaint. He said he is very busy now! Yesterday sent email and phone message to Finance dept for a query. Still waiting to hear from them. They seem to have no time for prompt response now as car is already sold!! Caution: Be prepared for heavy sales pressure, though they advertise on the web site that this is a sales pressure free dealership!
