Pohanka Lexus of Chantilly

Came to have change oil to my old 2003 GX370. Standing and waiting for 10 minutes, I'm the only one waiting. Service advisors just looking on their terminals, avoiding eye contacts. After 10 minutes, someone yelled "someone will be with you shortly", I answered "Are you sure", he answered yes. After another 10 minutes, I just told him I have to sit and cannot wait standing because of back pain. Another 10 minutes passed when Freddy Earl came and help me. He came to me as I was sitting, very professional and apologetic, the Pohanka excuse. Wait until my car was services then I noticed that there was a changed of fill up washer. I told Freddy that I filled the water washer before I came so why the charge, they did not even check. I don't know how much water did they fill for the $3.+ charge to the my bill. Freddy said he will try to correct this but I just want to leave the place, So I said forget about it,but he insisted that he will check on it. HAve another 2015 RX350 leased from Pohanka so I'm sure after I returned the car I will not be back.
