5 yrs later I still service my car and have a really nice experience. I was treated professionally. Mr. Earl was the name of the guy who helped me and he didn't pressure me into buying repairs I didn't need.

I bring my Lexus at Pohanka for every couple months when it needs service . The service departent is open until 11 pm and it is very convienent for me . Very nice waiting area with snack and wi-fi . I usually sit and wait while i read my book . For this visit Ms Moore was extra helpful and set me up with loaner vehicle at no time. I had my whole family with me .

The quality of the actual service was excellent, but most impressive about my recent visit was the attention provided by the service consultant - Ray Tanyos. Ray demonstrated a level of personal interest and concern that I've never experienced elsewhere! Ray's focus on customer care reflects the overall quality of the Lexus brand and of the Pohanka dealership in particular. Ray is a credit to the organization!

I had my car in for routine 5k oil maintenance service and annual inspection . I usually go to Ms Moore. She is very detail oriented person and always helpful . I enjoyed the massaging chairs and ice creams in lounge . I usually wait for my service because it only takes couple hours or less.

Lagii Moore at Pohanka Lexus Service Center has assisted me many times. She is always pleasant, courteous, and very knowledgeable about service matters. This past Sunday, I brought our RX 350 in for service late in the day. Lagii stayed late to make sure the service was completed properly. The Service Center is clean and bright. I highly recommend Pohanka Service and their Service Consultants like Lagii Moore.

Bait and- switch pricing

I was negotiating with many dealers in my search for a 2016 Lexus RC350. My results were narrowing to 2 or 3 when I finally call Pohanka Chantilly as they have one of the best deals for me. I was texting back and forth with Zack and his manager was there. Everything seemed okay until we starting discussing buying. Zack was offering good price via text but when I showed up price is change. Bait and- switch pricing. I waste my all day there. every price they offer over phone / text they won't cover in reality! I never deal with such bad dealership, they trapped me in offering $430 monthly over the phone, at the time I arrived the price jumped to $530. Do not ever go there!!!!

Do Not Take Your Car to Pohanka Lexus for Service

Pohanka Lexus was the worst experience I have ever had at any Lexus dealership. I would not recommend taking your car there for service. I had the unfortunate experience of taking my car there. I received a shocking bill that was 800 over what was estimated because of their inept communication skills. Never authorize work over the phone for this dealership. This dealership is very poor at their communications skills. The service writer did not explain that the cost of the work was per side. The service writer implied the the total cost. The service writer never stated over the phone the total cost or per side cost. If you need to authorize additional services make sure you go in person and review a print out. When I did go in to pick up my car the one of the girls at the counter said we could take care of this if I was willing to purchase a new car. Watch out they will try to roll the cost in. I am not in the market for a new car nor would I ever purchase from this shady dealership. DO NOT TRUST Pohanka Lexus.
