Great deal on Honda Insight
by Great deal on Honda Insight on 03/22/2020I got a great deal on a new Honda Insight at Honda of Chantilly! Added benefit - it gets 51 MPG city. Not bad! Preston (sales dept) was awesome - answered all my questions and you can tell he really loves his work, knows a ton about… cars, and loves working with people. Equally fantastic - Amin in the service dept. Service Dept is open from early morning to late at night and no need to make an appointment. I wish I had found out about this place earlier; will never go anywhere else. I've literally never had better service anywhere.Satisfied New Honda CR-V Buyer!

I came in to inquire about the 2020 Honda CR-Vs and that's when I learned about the hybrid option. They were not yet ready however, so I exchanged emails with Daniel Ing… and he kept me updated on the latest developments. He texted me as soon as the first batch came in. I came in the next day, but it wasn't the class, color or budget I wanted. To my surprise he called me a week later and got in the exact car I wanted. I came in that night after work and he worked with me until after closing to make sure I understand all the new features, and all my options for financing. Excellent Sales Reps
by RG on 03/06/2020I was in discussion with one their sales reps Ms. Krista Hall. Krista was very courteous and professional with every step of the process. She was very upfront with the price and offers that came along including finance. I had an wonderful… experience during all my discussions because of the transparency that was displayed in the details of the buying process. She followed up with me even after 2 months when I had to put the purchase on temporary hold. To that extent very diligent and thorough. That helped me a lot to continue to work with her. However, I would have preferred some room for negotiations either in terms of price reduction or free maintenance for 2 years, or a small fee waiver for switching loyalty from another car manufacturer that I had driven for 20 years, or extended warranty. I must say that she tried her best but there wasn't any room for even a minor negotiation despite my long wait for them to come up with something. The dealership has policies that would not allow her to go beyond what was initially offered. There were other Honda dealerships that were able to provide a small room for negotiation. I purchased with another dealer. I hope the dealership would revisit their strategy for negotiations and arm their sales reps with small and just enough negotiating room that could be the tipping point between a deal or no deal.Thank you for the great review and excellent feedback! Best car shopping experience!

His knowledge of the CR-V Touring was astounding - he answered all my questions with easy to understand instructions, spent time helping me set up the controls and shared a lot of… extra info with me. He was pleasant, courteous and attentive. He also showed me around the facility including the service area and I spoke with one of the service agents. I will be sure to recommend Brady to anyone I know that's buying a Honda. I also was impressed with my finance guy - Bob (sorry forgot last name). He made the whole financing process easy-peasy. He explained various options but there was no heavy-handed pushing me to go one way or the other. The entire process from arriving for my appointment with Brady to driving off the lot in my new vehicle was efficient and a total of 3.5 hours (a bit of extra time to do take care of options I selected). I tend to be a very loyal customer - I previously purchased 5 vehicles at another local Honda dealer but became very disenchanted with their sales and service department. That's why I did my research and decided to come to Chantilly Honda and I definitely made the right choice. And my CR-V Touring is beautiful!!!Thank you for the amazing review! Best Advistor and Service for Years!

Katie Hensley is the best advisor that I have seen. I wait for her… to be on duty before bringing any of my cars in for service. Her trustworthy experience and ability to properly advise me of current and future repairs is the main reason I continue to use them, as well as their mechanic's continued know-how and ability to fix my cars. Krista was very respectful in her calls but also gently persistent. I was… eventually able to call her back and explained my situation. I told her if my current conversation at the other dealer didn't work out, I would be talking to her the next day. It seemed to me that Krista was not simply trying to sell a car but establish a relationship.
