I made the switch from Toyota to Honda and became excited about the brand when I test drove some cars. Aside from the brand's exceptional quality in both safety and tech features, Tyson was absolutely incredible to work with. His communication was outstanding, and I was impressed by his knowledge, genuine demeanor, and transparency throughout the entire process. I appreciated the time Tyson took to show me around the dealership, including the service department, which solidified even more that I was in good hands with both Tyson and at Honda of Chantilly. I purchased a new Honda Accord Sport this week for my 70th birthday present. Except for my first $50 Chevy, every experience buying a new car has better than heart surgery but worse than a root canal. After suffering through many Honda and Toyota Dealers in the area, I visited Honda of Chantilly. What a refreshing experience. The salesman knew about all the cars, he negotiated a deal and got my Honda on the way in less than an hour and called a day early to advise my new Honda was ready for pickup. Now this will be hard to believe: the last stop with the business manager was fun! So I have my new Honda and the collision mitigation system kept me from hitting a deer the first day. Honda of Chantilly is a fun place to visit, a great place to pick a new car and the only smart place to buy one. Thank you for the new car and for the fantastic staff that made buying a car fun again. I'm going there for a coffee next week just to enjoy being there.

Armani Townsend was so personable! He answered all our our questions and took the time to go over all of our new car features… which we needed as an older couple learning new technology and how to operate the many amazing features our new CRV offers! He did Ben reached out to us a couple of days later to ensure we were comfortable in our new car! I had the pleasure of working with Muhammad Khan. Mr Khan was professional, very very knowledgeable and very patient. My transaction went smooth and very easy. Although he was supposed to leave at 5 pm he stayed way past closing with me and still took the time to show me all the accessories in the car. I have been buying cars for over 20 years and never have i had someone take the time to give me all the details of the car. Not once did he rush me although we were there an hour after closing and three hours past the time he was off. Great experience. Every one at honda Chantilly was attentive and not pushy. Great customer service, can't say enough about them. Thank you Muhammad.

This was my first visit to any Honda dealership. The space was Beautiful, clean, and the music was great. The staff was very helpful. Muhammad was terrific, very helpful and understanding, patient and not pushy. He had the car I wanted to look at ready to go as soon as I got there! Every question I asked he had an answer for, he was very knowledgeable, which was incredibly helpful in making a very big purchase. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle, you are in very good hands. Not to mention he was available for my questions when I left the dealership and made sure that I was comfortable in the vehicle even after I purchased it. The world has changed, and customer service is somewhat of a rare find these days. But they have plenty of it here, and Muhammad is the guy to look for!

It was an all around positive experience. Mustafa (last name escapes) helped get it done on the finance side and that process was as equally pleasant.

I visited this dealership on May 1 and generally my experiences with dealerships has been awful. Between pushy salesmen and overall forced experiences, I didn’t expect this trip to be different. Boy was I surprised. From the get go, I was given great service by Saxon and Brady. Saxon was very helpful in keeping me up to date on where the process was in car buying. Everyone was very transparent and even the finance guy (I’m sorry I forgot your name but he has a poster in the window) was understanding and helpful. I had a great experience and I really want to say thank you for making it easy and comfortable buying my car.

First, I always take my car to this location ( even though its a (chevy) for service issues and without a question take it to Kyle Cox. He is more than helpful, friendly, and super accommodating. Yesterday, I took my car to get serviced and sadly issues were detected. I decided it was time to get rid of the long time Chevy and check out a Honda. Kyle then introduced me to an amazing employee ......Paul Thompson!!!! Paul so great with helping me choose a new car to my liking as well as make the car buying process easy breezy and just an overall amazing experience. I highly recommend, if you want someone who cares about your needs for a new car and makes it a great experience ......you go see PAUL THOMPSON...... then if ever any regularly needed maintence up keep on your vehicle is needed, you take it to KYLE COX. Honda definitely has an amazing group of employees but, these two take the cake.

I got a great deal on a new Honda Insight at Honda of Chantilly! Added benefit - it gets 51 MPG city. Not bad! Preston (sales dept) was awesome - answered all my questions and you can tell he really loves his work, knows a ton about cars, and loves working with people. Equally fantastic - Amin in the service dept. Service Dept is open from early morning to late at night and no need to make an appointment. I wish I had found out about this place earlier; will never go anywhere else. I've literally never had better service anywhere.
