The customer service was beyond professional and pleasant, my sales consultant, Jerome (JT) in the pre-owned department made my experience and selecting the perfect… vehicle even more pleasant and successful. Also my experience with the financing agent Antonio was smooth, and accommodating, he worked aggressively to get me the best interest rate. When I picked up the vehicle Jerome explained all the vehicle features and assisted with downloading the Mercedes app to further assist with accommodating my needs when operating the merceds.
