I ordered an 2024 XC40 Ultimate which arrived in less than 8 weeks. I visited 3 dealerships. Lindsay provided me with the most information and were most attentive with my needs so I went with them. I felt they wanted me to make the best choice for me instead of trying to sell me a car. Graham was my sales guy. Finance department efficient. Professional, friendly and responsive. I would use them again.

    I recently leased a 2017 NX300h from Jack Blush at Lindsay Lexus in Alexandria, VA. This is my 2nd time leasing from Lindsay and I would highly recommend this dealer and their service department to all my friends. Lexus makes a great product and I love my new car!

    I had a very professional and pleasant shopping experience with Jose Dominguez at Lindsay Lexus.He answered my questions in a very straightforward manner and pointed me to worthwhile information as I was making my car purchasing decision. I never felt pressured but did feel that he was listening to my questions and concerns. I got a good deal on my new RX350 and my trade-in, and I'm now very happy driving my new SUV.

    I had a great time at Lindsey's. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle with the help of my parents. Although my parents were on the fence about purchasing the vehicle, the salesperson, Todd Banks, was very patient and kind throughout the two weeks of calling and waiting. We ended up purchasing the vehicle! There were some scratches found outside the vehicle and a piece was broken inside, but everything was quickly fixed. There was a long waiting period while purchasing the vehicle, but that was because we went on a busy Saturday. I am very pleased with the service here!

    Mark Coleman walked me through the used car program. I had decided to treat myself to a ct200h, having followed one for the previous 15 minutes and decided to see what it was all about. Mark was very enthusiastic and positive about the car and that transferred to my purchase decision. The entire transaction was pressure free and very smooth.

    I was recently a first time customer of Lindsay Lexus and our salesman was Thai Tran. The experience was the best we have ever had at a dealership. We requested information online and Thai contacted us shortly after our request. After speaking with other salesman at other dealers, we decided to go to Lindsay and see Thai. We live about an hour away but he had a car ready for us to test drive and information available when we arrived. My husband is a mechanic and had many questions but there wasn't anything that Thai could not answer. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about the products, as well as being a no-hassle, really nice guy. Thai also listed to our needs and arranged for us to visit another off-site lot to view additional cars that day. By the end of the visit, we had decided on a lease. When our car was not going to be ready on the same day, Thai went above and way beyond the call of duty and drove our car down to our house the next day, on his morning off. Instead of rushing off, which would have been acceptable after an hour's drive out of the way, he stayed and showed us all of the features on the car and even got it paired with our garage door opener. Afterwards, Thai was available by email, phone, and text for any questions we had. We can't say enough nice things about him and we will definitely be visiting him again for our next car. Thanks Thai and Lindsay Lexus!

    Best car dealer i have dealt with. The showroom is beautiful, relaxing and you don't feel pushed by sales persons. Mr. Taylor a great gentleman, who i dealt with years ago was his usual self, friendly helpful and very patient. I think we tried at least 5 cars before deciding. We were there for over 6 hours. Mr. Aaron Taylor for me is one of the best Lexus salesman and would not hesitate to look for him if i am in the market for another car.

    I have done business with this dealership for the last 21 years and 3 cars. They have been consistently exceptional in ease of sales and commitment to service. Never sold me anything I didn't need and ensured my car is safe to drive. Honest and trustworthy. They have always kept their word. Unparalleled customer service and a really nice environment if you choose to wait. All of the aforementioned is why I plan to buy car 4 there.

    I would not recommend them for service, the dealership was fine but not the service. Overcharge for everything, and includes a fee that was explained to me that it goes to operating costs of the garage which is the cost of doing business if there is overhead you factor it in. My issue is that when bringing in for last service they charged my credit card multiple times and tied up almost $1000 direct from my account (bank card) in the banks waiting to be voided and re-credited to my account. The manager there at the time said they would take care of my next maintenance which was to my understanding the 60K mile checkup. When I take it in they say no it was for the 55K which is literally just kicking the tires and topping off fluids and not needed. I told them that that was not the commitment that was made to me was, but since the manager is no longer there they are not honoring it. willing to give a credit of 55K of $130 towards the 60K mile. SO no if they are not going to honor the commitments of the Service Manager at the time then no I could not recommend the use of their service station, as I have been terribly inconvenienced at the time of my last servicing with my credit card and now by not honoring their commitments.

We had a great conversation and he made a great offer to me with no further negotiation. It was the best automobile buying experience for me.     Just bought a new Lexus RX 350 from Lindsay Lexus. It was the best experience buying a car I have ever had. Our sales consultant was Todd Banks. He made the deal extremely easy and was very knowledgeable of the car and the inventory they had. There wasn't any game playing and not the usual back and forth. And according to a few Lexus forums we got one of the best deals around.

    Frank Love and Joshua Watts did a phenomenal job. I was a tough negotiator, a USAA member using the car buying service, and went back and forth with them several times over the course of a week. I decided to lease as opposed to buy and was looking for all wheel drive and the Lexus driver safety options. We started with the IS 300 and went back and forth with the price. They showed me all their numbers that go in to a lease deal and no dealer has ever done that for me. They even printed it and gave it to me. I was able to see the residual value %, the actual residual value, and the money factor used to calculate the lease. I told them I wanted to see a bottom line lease payment that included the monthly tax as I would register the car in Florida. They knew how to do this and presented 3 car options to me disclosing all the details that go into the lease regarding the payment. That all starts with the final negotiated price of the car. I narrowed my choice down between the IS 300 and ES 350. Frank and Josh offered $4,000 off MSRP which was a great deal. I wanted the blind-spot monitor, intuitive parking assist, back-up camera, and the dynamic radar cruise control. Ultimately, when they showed me the numbers, the ES 350 model with the most options (the Ultra Luxury model) had a lower residual amount by 3 % with all the driver safety enhancements listed above than the ES 350 with the option of the dynamic radar cruise control left out but all the other options listed above (back-up camera is standard). Even the price they offered on the ultra-luxury ES 350 was a great deal but I decided I did not want to spend over a certain amount for the lease each month although I certainly could have. I got more car with the ES 350 than with the IS 300 for just a bit more money and then found out the car is front wheel drive, not all wheel drive and has traction control. So, I decided that I really did not need all wheel drive nor the dynamic radar cruise control because most of my driving will be local, a short time on freeways with commute traffic and I really would not be able to use cruise control very much anyway so the standard cruise control the car came with would sufficient. Frank and Joshua guided me through all this back and forth. They were patient with me, did not press me, offered the solutions that met my need and let me make the decision. All the time, showing me a printout of numbers from their software program that no dealer has ever done for me in the 45 years I have been buying cars. This pricing transparency is truly rare in the car business and these guys worked it for me. Of course I don't expect a dealer to show all their cards to me. They have to make a living and so do Frank and Joshua. However, the way they presented options to me, disclosing costs, pricing, lease residual %, residual value, and money factor for the lease payment calculation, really was the reason I kept coming back to Lindsay Lexus and is why I decided to lease the car from them. Frank and Joshua got to know me so well and understand what my desires were, that 5 minutes before I was about to decide on the actual car, Frank said "let's look at the ES 350 on the showroom floor. It has everything you want except the dynamic radar cruise control but standard cruise control and the Midnight Mica Blue color just came out in 2016." I went over with Frank and Joshua to look at it and in less than 5 minutes, I decided on that car. I never would have considered it if Frank and Joshua had not asked me to look at it. The car sells itself but Frank and Joshua knew me so well, they knew I had to see this one on the showroom floor. Al l they did was take me over from Frank's office and show it to me. I was sold. Frank and Joshua are a fantastic team together. Joshua is given authority to crunch the numbers and approve the deals. The two of these guys make an awesome team. There was no good cop bad cop between salesman and sales manager like there is in every other dealership I have bought cars from over the years. There was no getting the sales manager to come talk to me and "tune me up", pressuring me to buy. They work together with me. They were both always with me. There was no "let me get the sales manager and see what we can do." They both worked with me. They got to know me. They listened to my priorities for a lease deal that would meet my requirements and they both delivered. I have bought a few new cars in the 45 years since I got my driver’s license and I have never, ever had such a positive experience as I got from Frank and Joshua. These guys are Lindsay Lexus and truly are an example of what the car buying experience should be for your entire team to emulate. They were "good cop, good cop." They made it fun. not stressful and I highly respect their professionalism, empathy to my needs, and their willingness to sharpen their pencil to make a deal that Lindsay Lexus could live with and I could live with. I truly feel that I left Lindsay Lexus with 2 new friends. My mantra is Win the Client Every Day" and that message is in my email signature when I send an email to my staff, colleagues, and clients. Frank and Joshua Win the client Every Day. When the client wins, they win, and Lindsay Lexus wins. This is not just about a commission for making a sale. These guys are Lindsay Lexus and they certainly deserve some special recognition. Their impact on me was so positive; I had tears in my eyes when I drove my new ES 350 off of your lot.     The salesperson I'd talked to prior to visiting wasn't available that day and introduced me to Chris Hayes. I was a bit disappointed only because the previous salesperson knew that I wanted a very specific car and I thought she'd have it waiting for me. Chris helped to put my mind at ease, assuring me that he and his team would work hard to find my car. I'd heard that before and knew that sometimes they are at the mercy of the other dealership. However, by the time we finished taking a test drive, Chris informed me that they'd found the car and I'd get it in 2 days, 3 days max. I was fine with that. We finished with the deal and I went home to wait out the 3 long days. Later that night, while I was heading to dinner, I got a call from Chris to tell me that not only had my vehicle arrived, but his team had stayed late to finish the inspection and I could pick it up the next day!!! EXCELLENT customer service. I also really appreciate Brian Addy in Finance, for taking time to help me understand all my options and giving me sound advice. By the end of our conversation, I felt confident that he cared more about giving me the services I wanted/needed, than trying to sell me products and services. Finally, Alex Judice did a great job explaining all of the fine details of the car. I'm a tech guy by profession so I had researched most of what I needed to know. Still, Alex took the time to answer a few of the things that I didn't quite understand and even took the time out to email me a list of available voice commands. From end to end, I felt valued and respected. I would highly recommend Lindsay Lexus.

    I have to admit this was the easiest and most hassle free car buying experience I ever had. I knew what car I wanted and what I wanted to pay and Mar Roble made this happen. The dealership closed and he stayed hours after to make sure I knew the features of my car. He even bought me dinner nearby since I didn't eat all day after landing from Dulles!

    Tim Robinson and his staff are AWESOME!!!!!! I can not say enough of how they go over and above with there customer service. I am a business owner so I pay special attention to this. When we bought our car they where great after we bought our car they followed up to make shore we where blessed with our purchase. Now coming back for service they are fantastic. Always friendly and knowledgable. I would highly recommend them and will only go there to purchase a vehicle. Hope this helps someone:)

    Shopping for/buying a new car is not on our "Top 10 Things We Like To Do In Our Time Off" list. But our experience (my wife and I) with Lindsay Lexus, and in particular Mr. Chris Hayes, was one of the best we've ever had with a new vehicle purchase. Chris was professional, courteous, attentive and treated us like we were family. He followed up on all of our inquiries but was never pushy. He made sure we got everything we asked for. We left with a beautiful GX460 and the confidence of knowing we "got a good deal". If you visit Lindsay Lexus of Alexandria be sure to ask for Chris. He'll take care of you! Additionally, we have worked with Lindsay for nearly five years and have no complaints at all from sales to service to management. When it's time to trade, buy or lease we'll be back.

  • A great place to buy a Lexus

    I was looking for a new Lexus (ES-350) and knew exactly what I wanted in terms of colors, options, etc. I put out several inquiries with dealers asking for a "drive it off the lot" price. I had a timely response from Abdul T, at Lindsay Lexus of Alexandria. After a few basic questions to ensure he understood exactly what I wanted and several more telephone calls, Abdul advised that he had my exact car sitting on the lot and quoted me my bottom line cost. Long story short, I ran into several delays in trying to get to Alexandria to even see the vehicle, yet, each time I called, Abdul would respond, "no problem, it's still here waiting for you." (Full disclosure, I had placed a fully refundable deposit of $500 for them to hold this particular vehicle for me to view/decide). Since in all my years of owning cars, I had never purchased a vehicle over the telephone/internet, I had some hesitation and trepidation, yet there was something about Abdul that gave me a great deal of confidence and that I was dealing with a man whose word was his bond. And, when I finally did pick up my car about two weeks later, there were no surprises, no haggling and the car was exactly as promised. I really enjoyed working with Abdul and would enthusiastically and strongly recommend him to anyone considering a Lexus.

    My wife and I have been having our Lexis cars serviced here since Lexus started in the U.S. (with a little time off to use the Rockville dealer now and then because they gave me a good price when replacing a car). Because these vehicles have so few problems -- and they do, believe me, have very, very few -- we rarely have had to have either one of our cars "repaired" in some way. Regular service is expensive. No way around that. But we prefer to have the Lexus pros looking at the cars periodically so that, if something shows up, or should be done, a pro is telling us that. When they say you need new brake pads and to have the rotors ground, you do. Is it expensive? Yes. Cost me more than the Rockville complainer on this site. Service takes longer than expected, almost always, no matter when you take your car in. But they are busy and careful, so that's the way it is. If you don't want to wait, take a loaner, which they always have available. I had a recurrent problem last year with a tail light showing that it was burned out; sometimes it was on and sometimes not (clearly a wire problem of some sort, to my mind). This led to several returns for the same thing because they could not figure out exactly what was wrong -- and admitted it. They charged me only once. Eventually they did figure it out, ordered and replaced the part, and fixed it permanently. I have had only one other thing go wrong with my Lexus LS 430 since I bought it, 89,000 miles ago, and this time I refused to have it fixed (replacement of the gas powered trunk lid lifters, whatever they're called) simply because I do not want to pay so much for the work. So I put up with having to lift the lid without mechanical aid. Tough, isn't it? They have comfortable, ample seating in the waiting area, fee doughnuts, free coffee and two or three free computers there. They do not deserve a bad grade here.
