by lovemynewcar on 07/22/2018As a first time buyer of a used car, i was a bit nervous going to an independent dealer but this one had a car i was interested in so I took a chance. My experience was great! Ben, my sales person, provided with me with all info on the… car--carfax, details of options, etc., that I asked for. The car was in pristine shape and the price was right. I was able to try all its features during test drive. There was no pressure to buy. I came back the next day and was able to take the car to a mechanic of my choice for a pre-purchase inspection without any problem. Paperwork process was a breeze. I'm now the proud owner of a C300! They have a great selection of really nice cars. I highly recommend checking out Action for your next used car purchase!The best deal ever Thanks Ben

I am very demanding and I like that when I visit a store, the employees really pay attention and especially if it is a car… because it is not a game and it is a lot of money at risk. In action preowned I have found just the right person for my demands, and that is Ben, he is very polite and very informative always seeing the flexibility of the client. I have no more to say that if you are looking for good customer service there is Ben in action automotive where they hear you and understand your needs this is the place to visit.Terrible Dealership
by Dmv_2111 on 05/11/2018I wanted to purchase a Merecedes Benz GL from this Dealership. I soent $266.00 and had vehicle inspected. After inspection there was a issue with the drivetrain. Ben had told me they would take to Benz dealership have it checked if it was a… issue they would fix and if it wasnt i would have to pay i agreed. At the End of the week i contacted Ben and they sold the car same day. Terrible sales so the sold the car and um out of my money $266.00. I will never recommend or purchase a car from them and i recommend getting inspected by ASE certified mechanic before you make a purchase.Awesome!

by Yvonne on 03/10/2018Never in my life had I experienced such professionalism in vehicle purchasing. We were just about to turnaround when we found the dealership. Upon arrival, approximately 1:30pm, we proceeded to located and test drive the vehicle we had… inquire about. The vehicle was indeed in the shape, color, and detailed as described. After making the decision to purchase, Ben walked us through the process and we were driving off the lot by 4:00pm. 2 and one-half hours in and out! When was the last time I did not have to buy dinner at a car dealership because it took all day; Sunday March 3rd removed all apprehension in car buying; pain free and pleasant. Thanks Ben!Ashenafi

Upon arrival the next day, Judd was busy with another customer, but Ben moved in… to help us out. I did test drive the one, it was gorgeous and in great shape, but way to small. So Ben introduced us to the Nissan Rouge. It was even better!!! They were willing to work with my less than stellar credit. (I'm working on it!) All around it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend to all my family and friends!. So if y'all are looking for a used car, at a great price, look no further. Action Preowned is the place to go. Superior service, and vehicle's. I give them an A+. Thanks guys for your hard work and dedication. You made me a happy girl. I've been to several franchise stores and bigger dealerships and they don't stand a chance against Action Automotive. I repeat they don't stand a… chance against Action Automotive. Judd was in on a Sunday to help me out. He got me financing that was a lot better than I expected being that I already have 2 cars financed and he made sure I was happy throughout the process.
