As a first time buyer of a used car, i was a bit nervous going to an independent dealer but this one had a car i was interested in so I took a chance. My experience was great! Ben, my sales person, provided with me with all info on the car--carfax, details of options, etc., that I asked for. The car was in pristine shape and the price was right. I was able to try all its features during test drive. There was no pressure to buy. I came back the next day and was able to take the car to a mechanic of my choice for a pre-purchase inspection without any problem. Paperwork process was a breeze. I'm now the proud owner of a C300!
