I recently purchased a new Tacoma from Handy Toyota. I worked with Adam Bentley on the sale. He is a very kind and knowledgeable salesman. Their whole sales team is rather experienced. I had two other gentlemen help me with questions and… the finance manager clearly explained the different warranties and servicing available. 10/10

But Handy Toyota was happy to slap me into a Toyota RAV4 with snow tires (very important where I live and work in Vermont .)and at… no cost to me. They have always been upfront and honest.Excellent service

I able to take care of all the details via text or email due to my demanding employment. I was given a personalized tour showing me where… service was located, restrooms, waiting area, and yes the over priced vending machine :). I didn’t feel pressured into purchasing a certain vehicle or pressured into add ons. Matt D sent me a personalized video showcasing the vehicle I had chosen to give me a real time look at the interior and exterior. Matt and his team worked diligently to get me the payment I was looking for(within reason) while still having the ability to keep the chosen vehicle. I travelled a little bit further to Handy as the experience sold me. Thank you to Matt D and Kyle W(behind the scenes) for making my experience a pleasurable one.A+++++

The dealership was able to locate the exact model/color I wanted so I drove four hours to do business with them. They were wonderful to deal with in every way, so it… was well worth the drive. Fast forward to 2021 with a more challenging request... to find a Venture Series olive green 4Runner, an extremely limited edition in the midst of a pandemic shipping nightmare. One Toyota sales consultant in NY told me chances of finding one would be like finding a unicorn. Well, Ali Kamal, and Adam & Joe Luneau worked their magic, finding perhaps the only such creature not spoken for in the US. They jumped through hoops to get it and I am so grateful!! They were incredible every step of the way, a true integrity-based dealership. It’s been nearly a year and 30,000 miles later and she is still going strong – so thrilled! We have such confidence with the Handy buying experience that our extended family from Massachusetts has travelled to St. Albans to make car purchases. Thanks to Adam Luneau, Cody Durkin, and Eric McLaren for making our most recent purchase of a RAV4 equally satisfying. In addition, any service or maintenance provided by Joe Luneau and his staff has always been completed in a timely manner with great attention to detail. Lee Bodette (my sales person) and the entire crew at Handy Toyota, couldn’t have been nicer. I’ve purchased many cars and dealt… with many other dealerships in the past and I can honestly say that this was the most pleasant car buying experience. My only complaint is that they’re located too far from where I live. Thanks guys for the great service and the warm welcomes.
