Wonderful experience

I'm not a fan of shopping for cars like I'm sure most of you, however when it came to that time I did my research on everything for buying a Murano including dealer reviews. I seen there was a couple of negative reviews for Tim Dahle and was very sceptical, but decided that since it was the closet dealership to my house and taking into account that usually the unhappy ones are the people who write reviews in the first place that I would give it a close eyed shot. When I went to the dealership I met up with a nice gentleman and salesman by the name of Curt Dodge (easy to remember). Now I've never been comfortable in dealerships, frankly they give me the heebie jeebies, but this guy made me feel like he understood my feelings and never once made me feel pressured (the finance guy Chris was also a non pressure person which is very rare). After going through Curt on leasing my vehicle (which at one point I said that I only wanted to deal with him, not the sales manager, and not the finance guy) I came to wonder what must have happened in order for the other two negative reviews on Edmunds. I can only assume that either those people went in unprepared and were taken advantage of ( which is still wrong ) or they had someone else. I can tell you they DID NOT have Curt as their salesperson. I will go back to this dealership in a few years to get another lease because he has earned my business, and I will send anyone I know to Mr. Dodge. If you are like me and don't want to hassle with the car buying experience because you don't know someone on the inside, try Curt [violative content deleted]. tell him you read in a review that he would take care of you. It's time we started rewarding with our business the salesman out their who do their best to help people through their car buying experience and aren't just after their customers wallet. So make the jump, give him a call and find out for yourself that car buying does not have to be a painful experience. You won't be dissapointed. P.S. After leasing my car I came home and got on leaseguide.com to see how my deal stacked up with the "lease inspector". My buy was listed as EXCELLENT!!!! Thank You Curt!!!!

HORRIBLE!!!!!

I have never had a worse experience with a car dealership in my life. Lies, lies, lies. the salesman never explained the Rogue that I bought. he told me to "read the book." The sales manager was rude. I was made numerous promises, none were kept. This whole experience has been a nightmare. All they care about is getting you to sign that dotted lineand their survey. I would highly suggest going somewhere else, out of county, even out of state. Stay away! These people are [violative content deleted]. They are what make people hate car salesman and buying a car. I love my car but I hate this dealership. I have dealt with the manager all the way down, and ever one is rude and not one bit courteous. If you go here, plan on a lot of heartburn.

Now I know why there is a stereotype about car salesman.

I purchased an Altima from this dealership and that is the last time that I, or anyone I know, will buy anything from here. After spending an entire day negotiating, none of it mattered because what I had agreed upon with the salesman and what ended up on the contract I signed were completely different. I was flat out lied to about the whole deal. My payments were $100 more then what I had agreed to. It was really dumb of me to sign a contract based on what the salesman was telling me but at least I know not to trust a word they say next time. A special they had going at the time was free oil changes for a year and free tires for life. I took it in for a free oil change and it ended up being over $90. I told them I only wanted the oil change and was told that if I don't keep up on all the little requirements they set, then I won't receive the free tires for life. After sharing my experience with some friends after, I have learned that everyone that has dealt with these guys has the same feelings towards them. I work with one person who has actually filed charges against them because of basically being scammed. There is more to this that I was misled about but I think I've made my point.
