by calberttj on 04/11/2013updated 08/04/2025I am someone with not perfect credit. i went into the shop understanding this. that being said, i was looking for a nice technology enabled car. they showed me a vehicle that i thought (and was later correct) i could not get. they bent over… backwards saying there is no problem and i would be able to be financed. i received the car and drove it off the lot that day. the very next day. the called me and told me "well it looks like we are going to have to look into getting you something a "little" less money, meaning half the price. i am not happy with the way handle business and give you your hopes and dreams and than just pull you down. not a very healthy way to do business and i will not be going back to them.Great Store!

I love the fact that Cody is still in contact with me and helping with any questions I might have almost 2 years and 35,000 miles… later! This dealership is also one of the most knowledgeable about the new electronics of the VW cars. I drive a lot and have been in other dealerships where they seemed to have no clue..Sales Experience

My salesman Randy understood my immediate needs and showed me several cars. After talking with him extensively, Randy sold me two cars, one… for my daughter and one for myself. Randy was very courteous, relaxed, and did not rush me into making a snap decision. Randy showed me all the perks on each vehicle and programmed my cell phone.
