Bad Customer Service
by NashvilleMike on 03/17/2018Overall very poor experience with Ken Garff Hyundai in Slat Lake City, Utah. I purchased a Genesis from out of state with less than 10,000 miles and paid over $30,000, so I had certain expectations. When it arrived it only had one key, it… was completely filthy(I looked at photos from when the delivery driver picked the vehicle up), the gas tank was empty, it had no floor mats, the sales person Anthony wouldnt call back after the purchase and when getting my registration they under paid $176(but agreed to pay all transfer/title fees). Individually they are pretty minor issues but then no response from the dealership when trying to address them is where it gets frustrating. All I know is they contacted me many more times before I purchased the vehicle than when I was calling to address my issues. After getting forwarded to the customer service representative she assured me she would call back the next day to deal with things, but still hasnt followed up. There are MANY dealerships out there so I highly recommend you dont purchase from Ken Garff Hyundai in Salt Lake City and take your business elsewhere.Excellent buying experience!

It was one of the quickest, efficient car buying experiences I've… ever had. Plus, they were very respectful of my knowledge of the car and that I had done my research. They even delivered my car to my house which was very helpful. I would highly recommend this dealership.Top notch...

There are plenty of other dealerships… who will not do this to you.Very satisfied

by Crazypants on 11/04/2016My salesperson was Keith and he was amazing. He called me right away when I sent a web inquiry and listened to what I wanted. Within a few minutes he sent me a list of cars that were well within my budget and didn't push for the more… expensive ones, like most dealers do. He even reminded me of my budget when I got temporarily distracted by a new car and considered increasing it. When I told him I was looking for a specific car, he went on a search and found me exactly what I wanted at another dealer and had it brought up to Salt Lake. He even delivered it to me later that night when I ran out of time at the dealership. I dreaded buying a car, but happy to say I ha a very pleasant experience! I would definitely buy from Keith and this dealership again!Best experience EVER!!!

I had a great experience and completely different than my prior experiences with a dealership. This was both the most successful and least stressful car purchase I have… ever experienced. Many thanks to Chun for helping me select the perfect vehicle for my needs and for helping me to get the best price on my purchase. My gratitude to Jordan for taking the time to explain the benefits of leasing a vehicle and making sure I received all the available discounts. It was one math lesson that I will consider time well spent. And since the purchase, Chun has repeatedly followed up, to ensure my satisfaction and to help me set up the navigation system.
