    Five Stars all the way across! Thank you Nico for going above and beyond for me! This is why I am a returning customer to Larry H. Miller Lexus. I never leave dissatisfied! Nico was very friendly and extremely professional I will recommend all friends and family to do business with Nico and Larry H. Miller Lexus. Although I did have one concern. While I was in the process of purchasing my second vehicle, I had called to speak to Nico and another salesman by the name of Brad I believe answered the phone and was polite until I told him that I was working with another salesman, he tried to hurry me off the phone and didn't take my name or phone number down to relay the message and then hung up on me believe it or not! Very unprofessional and extremely rude. But overall my experience with Larry H. Miller was outstanding. I would also like to thank Thomas in finance for making the customer number one!

    We had such a great experience buying our new Lexus. Our salesman was so helpful... but not pushy. He made everything so easy for us. I feel like we have just gained a new family member. Every person we came in contact with treTed us respectfully and warmly... from the service people, to the salespeople, to the gentlemen (and I do mean gentleman) that helped with all the paper work . Such an amazing experience.

    We purchased a brand new GS350 awd for $53K. The dealership knew the vehicle was had an inherent defect - as did Lexus - when we took delivery. The dealer service department was pitiful - as was Lexus. Three month for a solution - and never a loaner vehicle. We lost faith in the reliability of the vehicle, the dealer, and Lexus as a company and thus sold it 12 months later, with 2,800 miles on the clock - we lost approximately $15K. Although never admitting fault Lexus did make one lease payment on the vehicle. I will never own another Lexus/Toyota vehicle.
