Honest and friendly shop

The guys working in the service department are why I made LHM Murray my home shop. They are polite and upfront. It's hard to find an l honest shop that truly cares about you and not just your wallet. My go to guy is Ivan. He's been taking… good care of me for a couple years now!

The people made the buying experience pleasant. The big surprise came from your service department on more… than one occasion. Wear and tear items as well as technical repairs were identified and addressed with dealer value, at a better price than my reputable but reasonable family mechanic. I feel confident in your dealerships ability to professionally support the vehicle I was sold. Therefore I would happily do it again, and refer friends and family.Best car buying experience

They did not pressure me into buying a car or make me feel uncomfortable. They worked with… my down payment and even put my plates on. Recently bought truck
by Ckaahea on 02/09/2017I live down in Vegas and I was searching for a diesel 4x4 truck I searched all states found some I liked got in contact with them or I should say I tried and Colton was really the only one that took the time to speak to me about what I was… looking for. We talked back and forth for a little over a week and we came to an agreement. I took the 7 hr drive up to Larry Miller to be amazed at the size of the dealership but there was the truck I was looking to purchase and looked even better in person than the photos. Colton was right there to greet me and look over the truck. They took my trade to the back went over final number of course we went back and forth for a while but in the end Colton made it right in getting what I wanted. We shook hands parted ways and I drove home in my new Duramax Silverado. It's taking it first trip to Dumont Dunes in California next week. Very happy with the service provided.Congrats on the new truck! We are thrilled that you had such a great car buying experience with us! Bought our first car..

Miller and in a matter of hours we bought a brand new Jeep Patriot. The staff who helped us were the greatest. They were so… kind and helpful throughout the whole experience. Outstanding Customer Service

In March my wife and I were looking at purchasing a vehiclem we stopped by LHM Chevy and met with Russ and Stuart. We told them what we were looking for and they didn't have it but… told us to wait a few weeks to see what they could find. In April they not oinly found us the vehicle that would fit out familyneeds but they also found a secound vehicle also. We were able to get 2 newer cars for less than we were paying on our older 2. Russ and Stuart worked hard to get my family what we needed and they never complained and they kept us in contact through the whole process. What great team work. My family will only go back to LHM Chevy for all of our vehicle needs.Thank you very much for your thoughtful review! Blown away by the experience

Both my wife and I were really anxious to get into a brand new car, with our credit history somewhat on the lower scale of things we already had low expectations of what we… were going to get. But to our surprise were shown mid level cars that would fit our budget not just base models. We were able to actually pick out the car my wife wanted to drive, we took the car home that night. We now have a 2014 Chevy Cruze with plenty of options and a payment that we can afford. I have bought 3 cars from Larry H Miller and I must say that this experience was by far the best one. But as a whole from getting into our first car to buying our new car was just the way it was supposed to be. You will never get let down if you stay on top of things the programs and experienced sales and finance people that work for Larry Miller can move mountains if you do things the way they tell you to. NO OTHER DEALERS CAN COME CLOSE TO DOING WHAT LARRY MILLER'S PEOPLE CAN DO. Always an Excellent Experience

When she came home yesterday… from her oil change and alignment appointment at Larry H. Miller Chevrolet in Murray, she took the time to say to me, "You know, they are always so nice to me there. They don't try and pressure me to do anything and always give me good advice." And that's not the first time she has said it, either! Kudos to your service department team for doing a great job and making my nervous wife feel right at home, relaxed and comfortable. Amazing Experience buying a new truck

Jordan was the sales guy to help us out and he was awesome! He listened to our price range and showed… me a truck that had everything I wanted that I could afford. Brand new Chevy Silverado 1500 in metallic blue with all the bells and whistles and even the offroad package! He was friendly, personable and very nice to me and my woman. If either me or my woman get another car it will be from him. I will recommend him to any of my friends looking to get a Chev. Everyone at the dealership was great. They all kick ass! If this continues for every visit I will be a lifetime customer of this dealership.I'm very happy to hear this!
